The hostel was great- good location; comfortable beds and no one snored- so really no complaints. mets some folks at the hostel and went out to a great dinner.

Very close to the Duomo. You can walk. The staffs are very helpful. It's close to the supermarket as well, and a very nice bar though I didn't have chances to visit. Definitely come back if I have chances!!!!

I noticed that the staff tend to go missing from the reception area quite a lot; sometimes that's a lot of waiting!

We inform you that our Staff sometimes leave the Reception to follow the guests during the Check In or Check Out process and to manage all the spaces and services offers to our guests. My only complain is about the cleaning time, they close the kitchen in the Lunch time.

Dear Felipe, Thanks for your positive opinion about us. We kindly ask to each guest to leave empty dorm rooms and common areas from 11.00am till 2.00am to allow the Housekeeper to optimize their job with a complete cleaning of the floor, rooms, bathrooms and showers and every common room. We’re sorry about the closing time of the Kitchen but is necessary to guarantee a good level of cleaning of the Hostel. We hope to have you again as our guest. Regards, The Management

Slept in the 16-bed dorm. Quality beds and quality showers. Shower location was interesting but nothing too bad. Having a large locker was awesome. Wi-fi worked well. All staff were friendly and helpful. I had a busy schedule and did not have an opportunity to use the common rooms, but they existed. All in all, A very quality hostel for one of the best prices in Milan.

Overall had a very pleasant stay here. It is rather far from the historical center of Milan though and nothing is really in walking distance so a tram ticket is necessary. The staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations on what to do in the city.

i think it is the worst hostel in europe. it is not allowed so sleep as long as you want. at 11 o'clock a.m. you have to leave your room for which you pay money. 11 a.m. - 2.30 p.m., it is not allowed to be in your own room, the kitchen & the common room are closed, too. the staff is pretty unfriendly. it is not possible to close the door of the rooms because you do not have a key. the door is always open. never ever again.

Dear Guest, First of all we are very sorry for your bad opinion and experience in our Hostel. We want to apologize for any kind of discomfort you have during your stay. We kindly ask to each guest to leave empty dorm rooms and common areas from 11.00am till 2.00am to allow the Housekeeper to optimize their job with a complete cleaning of the floor, rooms, bathrooms and showers and common rooms. After cleaning time the Staff opens the rooms at 2.30pm, which corresponds to the check-in time for new guests. In case of special requirements by guests during the cleaning time we allow them to stay in the common areas. We were surprised to read your review on our staff 'cause in all these years our staff has always been recognized as a very professional, helpful and friendly. This is proved also by the reviews of other guests in our Hostelworld profile. So if some member of our staff was pretty unfriendly with you we very apologize. We guarantee the safety of the Hostel with a video surveillance system (with 8 cameras), an access code system with personal codes different host by host and each guest has also the private use of a locker that can be closed by a personal padlock. Even cause of all these reasons we do not provide room keys to individual guests but only to groups that reserve the whole room. We offer also a free storage service, during the guests stay, in our Reception safe for money, important documents and devices (like laptop for example) for each guests who require it. Thank you very much for giving us your valuable opinion. We hope to host you in the future for changing your idea about us and show you why we not consider ourselves the worst Hostel in Europe. Good clean hostel great showers, no breakfast but it I went overnight just for a gig and it was close to the venue and really convenient even if you want to see stuff in the sentre its a nice 20minute walk into the centre :) Thanks Ostello Burigozzo

Very Clean and I felt safe. The location was fine, but I did a lot of walking/metro-ing to get to the main parts of town. Staff was helpful. It was a bit pricier than I was hoping to pay for a hostel just for a quick weekend, but it was worth it because of how clean and great everything was :)

Great hostel. Would be perfect if it has some games in common room such as pool table/gaming console.

Stayed in the 40 bed dorm. It was okay for sleeping. Otherwise the guests are more varied in age than actual youth hostels that I've stayed at. Not much character/atmosphere though.
