We arrived late night for a late checkin, there was no electricity, water or gas, and the night gaurd didn't speak english, but was super kind none the less. The next days became better wheb the utilities came back. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and clean. It was easy to arrive at the hostel because its the last stop of the bus. But keep in mind that Ciampino is way outside of Rome. You need to take a train to get to Rome, around a 20-30min ride.
