I only stayed for a night but it was a great place. The location is a short walk down Cavour to where the main attractions are, very close to Galleria l'Academia. Wireless in the rooms, and proper lockers that are in the rooms, so someone would need the key to your room AND locker to get to your stuff. Shower didn't drain so well. The breakfast in the morning was a good basic selection, what I expected for Italy. Side note the door into the building is a heavy push door, be ready for it!

My favorite hostel in florence. Get up in time for breakfast and cappuccino or you'll be sorry. Staff was engaging and very cool. Far from the station but absolutely worth it. You can take a bus there easily (validate your ticket!!)

This was the best hostel I stayed at in Italy! Well worth the price and the staff is amazing! The staff gave excellent recommendations and was very awesome. If you stay in Florence it is the perfect location and well worth the visit.

Easily the best hostel I have stayed in. The room and the facilities were excellent. Particularly the evening meal which they put on. It was 15 euros for three courses including wine and as well as being good quality food it gave a great opportunity to meet some of the other guests. It is a good 20 minutes walk from the train station which was the only downside but the quality of the hostel more than made up for it.

Breakfast was awesome in this hostel, the best I have had in any hostel! The staff was really nice, helpful and fun. It was sad to leave this place and I would definitely go back any day.

This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious and the people are friendly.

This hostel was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it. The directions to the hostel are pretty confusing. The staff is great and our room was sunny and nice. The only problem was the location, it was a little out of the way but very quiet and safe neighborhood. My favorite part was the breakfast!

It was good. Welcome drink was also nice. Staff was very kind. Especially, Mateo! I like you! But the entrance was not clear. It was not easy to find for me. So, you’d better post small note or arrow to indicate that you are there! (Outside and inside of the building) For private shower and toilet room, it was quite wide and we really enjoyed the place. But don’t forget to clean wardrobe too, not only the room. :)

Our stay was very good. It's pretty confusing to get into the building and the location is a tiny bit further from the main areas than other hostels but our overall stay was good and the staff were extremely helpful! The breakfast was also better than most hostels we've stayed at

Really enjoyed this place. Was easy to meet people and Melissa was very helpful and was cool how she made proper coffee for everyone for breakfast.

The staff is super nice! The hostel is very clean, and the location quite good, it is only 10 minutes walking to the city centre. worth for the money, I would definetily recommend it.

This hostel was fantastic. It was very comfortable with big rooms (we had a twin private ensuite), the food was good, and the location was very manageable.

Everything was great. The only thing that I would comment about is that one of the girls that stayed in the room let her friend sleep in our room on her bed. 7 people in a room is too much for such a small space.

This was by far the best hostel we stayed at during our entire Europe trip! The rooms were spacious and clean and the hostel itself was very pretty and in a good location. The staff was incredible! Isabella helped us with so many things and the cooks greeted us by name and were always so friendly. I would happily stay at this hostel again!

I'm not sure why this hostel is ranked so high but it was ok. There is only one male room and the rest are female. The bathroom is a hack job with the shower that is clogged, toilet that looks like it came from the 70s and some amazing plumbing for the sink. The staff that work at the front desk are awesome. Make sure to grab dinner because the chef is great! Beware of the other guy that works in the restaurant he made everyone feel uncomfortable and was trying to makeout/feel up guys and girls.

Best place to stay EVER! Out of all of the places we traveled to this was by far our favorite. From being greeted with fresh cold orange juice after the trip from the train station to the AMAZING staff this is the place to stay in Florence. Their family style dinners are so wonderful! The food is divine and the people you meet are even more so. If you are going to Florence, STAY HERE! Its our family away from home!

Got checked in by Melissa. She was so helpful showing us where to go on the map. Only had breakfast once but it was super good. Bunkbeds were horrible, friend slept above me and we shook each other if we moved even slightly. Rooms were cramped and furniture was rickety and old everywhere. People camped out on provided computers for hours but nice to have WiFi in rooms.

I definitely recommend this hostel, it is well worth the money. The breakfast is way better than any hostel I have stayed at, everything is clean, and the staff are nice.
