Very noisy. People talk loudly at 1:30 am! The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The springs gave no support and no top madress. The worst thing was, there was no quilt but a thin sheet. We had to wear lots of clothes while sleeping!!

Great hostel! Very clean, the breakfast was the best Ive seen in a hostel,Friendly staff. Very calmed, so if you are looking for the party hostel this is not the one.

Everything was awesome. All the staff are great and really make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are huge and clean. They really care about their customers which is really nice.

This is a bit of a walk from all the main action, but I love to walk so I enjoyed it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. For the price, this place was awesome!

This GREAT hostel made me want to stay in Florence for my whole trip in Italy! Massimo and the rest of the staff are amazing hosts, always ready to help the clients and make their stay the most comfortable. These people really love their job. I felt like I was in my family. I saw clients aged from 20 to 50 and all were very pleased with the place. Breakfasts are really good, prepared by the house-chef Sergio -- who also proposed very good price-quality value local diners at nights for 15 euros.

The staff was great, everyone was friendly and spoke English quite well (far better than my Italian!). The room was spotless, and the bathroom was the cleanest I saw in Europe. The breakfast each morning was very nice and was an excellent start to each day. The hostel is a short walk to all the major sites, but just slightly separated from the chaos of Florence, making it much quieter than many other places.

I've never met such a staff. Massimo and Vicenzo you made our stay in your B&B one of the best we ever have. I really hope we'll go back soon as you contributed to made us to fall in love with Florence. Your breakfast will remain memorable such as very nice and talkative dinners. The hotel is really perfect and for this price it's not a bargain: it's a miracle! Highly recommended Julien & Paola

The noise level by the street was horrible and I was unable to get any restful sleep for the whole time I was there, but everything else was perfect!

The staff were very friendly and help us to discover Florance. The breakfast was excellent and Massimo - I think the owner of this place was so kind. We spent there just 2 nights, but we had that feeling,that we are at home:)

This was by far one of my favorite hostels throughout my trip. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating; even though I only spent one night there and a short time in the morning, I enjoyed it. The only thing is, they're sort of tricky to find from the train station, - I ended up walking much further than I had to and it was already pretty late. The bus option might be better if you're getting in late!

The hostel is very cozy and you can find everything you need: nice rooms and clean bathrooms. The staff is very helpful and provided me with all the information that I needed during my stay (special thanks to melissa). I definitely recommend this hostel!

Nice recommendable place with outstanding staff and great hints for food and drinks! Get up early for the better breakfast!

One of the most modern and cleanest hostels we stayed in on our Italy trip on a straight road to the main attractions, helpful staff who will book you tours - brilliant breakfast choices :)

Good hostel in Florence. Place was a bit quiet when I stayed there, but the staff was excellent and always willing to go the extra mile. Place is so close to being a great hostel, maybe a kitchen or a few more activities to get people to meet each other outside of their respective rooms.
