Welcome to Ostello Gallo d'Oro!

Ostello Gallo d'Oro is located in the city centre of Florence, only 5 minutes walk from the David statue only a 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and the train station.
We offer rooms with two, three, four and five beds, all with a bathroom. You can book a private room or a bed in a dormitory shared with others.
The rooms are spacious and modern with all of the comforts that you may not find in other hostels, such as en-suite rooms with TV, free internet access and wireless connection.
At the reception you will find Silvia&Max who will assist you with a big smile and a city map, we are always ready to suggest the best restaurants, the cheap but good ones, nice places to go to and events around Florence. We also give you the possibility to book tickets for free for most of the museums and events in Florence.

And of course we organize many activities for and with our guests, such as tours in the beautiful Fiesole countryside, food and wine tastings in the Chianti area, trips at the Argentario beach or even at the famous castles in Umbria.
