Directions to Ostello San Frediano

By car:
On the Motorway A11 - Firenze - Pisa Nord, exit Lucca Est.
At the roundabout turn left (follow the signs to the town centre).
Go straight ahead, over the bridge and again straight ahead along the ring around the city walls. Your entrance is Gate Santa Maria, then turn right and the hostel is after 50m.

We have a parking for guests (Free).

The town centre is a restricted traffic zone; however, guests can reach the youth hostel by car. Upon check in they will be asked identification data about their car (number plate and kind), to inform the local Administration.


By train:
At Lucca Station you can walk (20 mins approx). Go left outside the station and walk until Gate San Pietro; go inside the walls and walk straight through Napoleone Square until you hit San Michele Square, then turn right and then take the next road to your left, Via Fillungo, and walk until San Frediano Square. The hostel is next to the church of San Frediano.
Otherwise you can catch bus n° 1 or 2 outside the station going to the city centre, stop in San Frediano. Taxis are also available at the average cost of €7 to €10 depending on the traffic.

From the Pisa airport "Galileo Galilei":
There are buses and trains from Pisa Airport.
