Nice place to stay, with regular shuttles to Riomaggiore, good security, but the wifi only worked properly in the reception area, there weren't many power points and you can hear everything going on in the hallways and bathrooms from behind the closed door of your bedroom, which wasn't ideal. Overall pretty good place to stay - we were happy with it.
This is a decent hostel, but it is not in Cinque Terre. It is up in the hills and you must sign up for the hostel's shuttle service into town, which is a nice service, but it is about a 12 minute ride and you must stick to your agreed time. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were fine. There's also a cheap selection of food available to order.
The shuttle service made up for the off location. The in house pizza was ok, the breakfast was rather bad, but we got free beers so that made up for everything.

Hostel is a 15m bus ride from the actual cinque terre. Good if you want to spend the entire day out. Free shuttles provided, but only before 10am and after 7.3pm. No reliable public bus access outside these times. But lovely, quiet hostel. Pasta dinner offered needs improvement.
I had a great stay at Ostello Tramonti. The room was very clean and well kept, and the staff was very helpful and kind. They also included a shuttle bus to get to Cinque Terre which was extremely helpful. One issue was the wifi. It was very spotty and didn't actually work for the majority of our stay, but other than that, no complaints!

We had a great experience - Our group was very happy with the cleanliness of the hostel as well as the friendly staff (who were always available). Breakfast and dinner offered at the hostel was very convenient and economically priced. Shuttle was also VERY convenient (both to the train station in La Spezia and Riomaggiore)
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The daily shuttle service is the key to this hostel - they take you to Riommaggiore in the morning and pick you up at night. They also give you lots of information about how to get around in the Cinque Terre. Make sure to read the house rules as there is daily lockout for cleaning - although this really just means that you can't be in the rooms or bathroom if they are cleaning them.
I have travelled Europe for 3 months and this was the best hostel we stayed in!!..if u want to experience Cinque Terre without paying a fortune for accomodation u have to stay here!!..cheap accomodation, friendly and very helpful staff, clean facilities and good restaurant..easy to get to Riomaggiore with there shuttle bus so very convenient..definately returning to this hostel!

Beautiful place (wouldn't call it a hostel at all!). My friend and I shared a suite and had our own kitchenette, bathroom & terrace. I said the location was "good" because it takes a bit of effort to get there (you'll need a car and good directions), but it's not that far of a drive from Siena and a great location if you plan on traveling around Tuscany by car. The owner is prepared for you to ask for a recommendation as to where to go and has a print-out with a map. Would definitely stay again.
So many great things about this place. The staff was great! Thy recommend custom trails and non-touristy places, they even drove me to one of the trails once. The shuttle service is amazing, it's located in a beautiful little town. It's def a perfect place for more outdoorsy people.
The directions to the hostel that was provided on the site was a bit unclear and confusing. The beds are really squeaky. The although the food was cheap, it could have been better.
Great hostel with great staff that is super helpful. The hostel is a bit away from everything but the staff will help you get wherever you want to go.
Loved my stay at this hostel. The location is out of the way, but the way they handle the situation is perfect. Scheduled rides everyday to and from Riomaggiore enables you to be able to explore all that the Cinque Terre has to offer. The snacks and breakfast that you can buy are average, but considering the low price it makes up for it as well. They have figured out the best way to operate a hostel outside of the five towns.
Biassa is within 15 mins away from Riomaggiore and La Spezia, so it's not difficult to navigate there or explore Cinque Terre. Staff were kind and young. Bar food was not the best for money. Wifi in the common areas, lockers in rooms. . The bed was horribly squeaky (ask to get fixed when you arrive). Good atmosphere with other travellers. No kitchen. Hiking in the area was awesome. Suitable accommodation for exploring Cinque Terre.
A great (and much better value) alternative to staying in the Cinque Terre. Only a 7 or 8 min shuttle ride into the first village of Riomaggiore that they only charge €1 for. The staff are very helpful and friendly, unlike a lot of reviews of some other accommodation in the area. If you want to see the Cinque Terre but don't want to pay the exorbitant prices in one of the 5 villages, this is a great option.
Was a good hostel! but remember it isn't in cinque terre. but they are very good with the transport
This Hostel was great! Very clean and fresh and the staff was AMAZINGLY helpful. The shuttle service is perfect and remedies any qualms one might have in being in such a remote location (if the view doesn't do that already). There's also a restaurant upstairs that serves breakfast and cheep dinner so you don't have to worry about finding food if you're not going in town. Honestly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, I have nothing negative to say.
Biassa is only a short shuttle to the whole of Cinque terra. Make sure to spend a night at the local restaurant in biassa tho... The atmoshphere, food and price is amazing! Only bummer is the bell tower... But nothing some earplugs can't fix :)
Had a great time in cinque terre. The hostel is awesome and the staff super friendly. The hostel is only a short shuttle bus away from Riomaggiore with regulate pick ups and drop offs. I Would stay here again Thanks guys
The shuttle service isn't as convenient as all the other reviews say for getting back in the afternoon as they don't start till 8pm, but they're supplemented by public buses as well so it's not too bad. Coffee is excellent and there's a great view of the surrounding muh rains, especially at sunset from the courtyard.
