More of a hotel than a hostel. It was close-ish to the convention center I needed to go to, but quite removed from the city, so not ideal if you are visiting Madrid for tourist purposes.
Honestly, the HOSTELS we stayed at were better. Beds were VERY umcomfortable. The bathroom was old/ falling apart.. quite unsightly!!
good location, very clean, friendly staff, wifi extremly slow and is only free in the lobby, otherwise good hotel
The location was a bit difficult to find as it is tucked away in a neighborhood, but once I found it, I loved every bit of my stay. This was at the end of a very long trip, so it was wonderful to get some actual nice accommodation instead of the cramped hostels. I was extremely happy with the service, the rooms were very nice, free fast wifi in the lobby, free shuttle to the airport, and wonderful buffet breakfast for 10 Euros. I was extremely satisfied and nicely rested for my journey home.

Really nice hostel. The airport Shuttle is amazing and the drivers are really nice and helpfull!. I would definitively recomend it. (It would be nice if the hostel provided free wii-fi)
Osuna's free shuttle from Barajas is a great thing unless you don't bring your cell phone to Europe. If not, keep a Euro handy to call the hotel for them to get a shuttle to you. Calling in advance, when you're in another area that has a phone available, isn't going to work. Online it says that internet is free, but it actually costs 6 Euro per hour so don't expect to get online at the hotel. Make sure you schedule a wake-up call as alarm clocks don't exist in the hotel.
I selected this hotel because of it's free shuttle and close proximity to the airport. That all worked well except for the fact that you have to find a way to call them from the airport when you arrive at the Hotel Shuttle area. The hotel is ok, nothing too great about it. The beds were more like box springs than mattresses. The other disappointment is cost & the difficulty connecting to the internet. If you only have an iPad or iPhone, forget it.
Only stayed there for one noght before leaving from Madrid airport. Free shuttle service from hotel to airport - really comfortable. Clean and nice hotel with outside swimming pool. Restaurant, bar and "gin club" all seemed nice, but really pricey. They charge 6 euros/ hour for wifi. If you want to use one of their computers it's 5 euros/ 30 minutes. Breakfast 15,- Euros.
It's close to the airport, but that's about it. There's a free shuttle to the airport which is a big plus! It's just a hotel really. Staff were helpful, except in the restaurant which was expensive too.
Absolutely wonderful! Staff was extremely friendly and the location was perfect because we needed to be to the airport early in the morning the next day. They provided a free shuttle to the airport as well. Would definitely stay there again.
Slightly far from the centre. There is a metro nearby but it's a long walk when you're carrying lots of bags! Very nice place though, clean and comfortable. Internet is available and staff are very helpful, and there's the best collection of hotel freebies in the room too! A pleasant stay for a few nights and within daily travelling distance of the centre.
I thought the staff were not helpful at all. They would answer no to all the questions we asked, sometimes even before they heard the question! There was only 1 staff member at the check in/out desk on a Monday morning when there were many people waiting to check out. It should not take half an hour to check out of a hotel. I would suggest they be more helpful and polite to their guests if they want return customers. The one bright side was the restaurant staff, they were nice and helpful.
