About what you'd expect from a business hotel.

bathroom a lit bit small, but the location and staff are awesome.

They need to renovate the hotel rooms since the rooms are small, tv table is really at 1 old corner. The toilet flooring has hollow areas which I have to step on it carefully. Although the no smoking sign are placed at the corridor, people still smoke like chimney and all the smog could be smelt from the room I'm at every night. Basically not enough space for 2 pax to stay.

The unit-bath had mildew on its walls and on the shower curtain. ユニットバスの壁とシャワーカーテンに黴がありました。

the whole room was quite cozy but the main problem was the isolation of the wall near the bed which was really cold all the time. I think, this problem can be fixed.

Fair enough, it was of the cheaper end, but still a disappointment on that level. First of all, the place isn't well upkept. Their shower curtains crow mold. The daily cleaning process (which you could decline however), was annoying in a sense you felt like you had to leave so that the cleaning lady can get in. Should you decide to stay here, check out the hotel alarm clock on your last morning. Mine was set off to go 7am, when in reality I didn't have to be up until 9am.

Small, compact size that was perfect as a base to go from. Local area was quiet and free of tourists. Staff were nice and friendly.

Good location for branching out to explore the Tokyo area for much less cost than other more busy districts. Near the Yamanote line for easy access anywhere. Relatively little English spoken by staff, but that was never any issue.

This is a very very old hotel. The location is great because it's right near the station and other restaurants, but what really bothered me was finding a bit of mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. That made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though, it's old they can spend some money on renovations and to get rid of the mold. Overall, I wouldn't come back.

Looking a little dated.

Good location, friendly staff. Nothing special or extraordinary, simply nice.

Hotel is really near to JR train (less than 2min walk), which make going around Tokyo really easy. Don't need to transfer to other subway lines that often. Really convenient in this aspect. Rooms are really small, but that is to be expected, as Tokyo houses are generally quite small. Staff don't really speak English, but they are really friendly and will try to help u in every way.

A good simple hotel to stay in when on a trip. The area is quiet, but very close to the train station on a popular inner city circle line - Yamanote Line. The staff were nice and pleasant. I would stay there again! :)

The wifi on the 7th floor is horrendous, so we had to head down to the lobby to use wifi, however, I was not allowed to drink the beer I bought from the vending machine there and ended up having to drink it outside in the cold wind. Lobby was really small and there was no common area. Felt that staff wasn't that friendly and were strict about the moving of the only small wooden chair in the lobby area. Of cos, if you only need a clean room in a good location, you can go for this place.

Rooms are really smalla. We had twin room and there was not any space for our stuff. Toilet is even smaller... But they clean your room everyday which is nice. In hostelworld hotel is 15 euros expensive for 1 night than by booking directly so if you want to save some money....

The room's are quite small but you get your own private bathroom which is great. The only fault is the beds which are rock solid! Other than that it is excellent value for such a convenient location in Tokyo.

So close to the Otsuka Station on the JR Line that I will forget about some negative points. The staff is very friendly even if they dont really speak english and their service is really good.
