It was a really nice stay, frendly staff, excellent location! The only thing is they really need some new mattresses in the rooms :)

Very friendly and helpful staff! The walls and doors could not keep noise out of the room - it was hard to fall asleep!1 Dollar for 10 Minutes Internet use - too expensive! In other hostels you get it for free. Only two washrooms/ toiletts for so many people; sometimes you have to queu. Big kitchen.

Nice people that run the place. It's not the most cleanest in the world but ok. I didn't feel unsafe inside the hostel but the area around could be nicer. It's certainly a good option in Ottawa.
