HARDEST matrasses in the HISTORY. Bad service aswell and redicoulus value for money..... NOT recommended at all.......

We pride ourselves on excellent service and value - and we are very sorry you feel the way you do! Did you speak to one of our staff about your issues with the hostel - we would have been happy to offer you something as an apology if you were unhappy! We are very sorry that firm mattresses are not your preference - many people like our mattresses, and they will soften up a little with time! Kind Regards, Our House.

This is a very "clicky" hostel. There are a lot of cold, boring people who are not friendly. This was by far the weirdest atmosphere of any hostel I've stayed at and I've been all around Australia. Its clean and the staff are great and very helpful. The problem lies with this hostels occupants. It could have just been chance that a lot of Debbie downers we're there when I was there. In the end I did meet some cool people but three fourths of the people there sucked.

You are absolutely correct in saying that you might have been unlucky - sometimes hostels and tours are like that!
