I loved OMP, The best thing is the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful, I Stayed a few days, and was just so amazing, someone cleaning 24/7, wi-fi, the room and the bed was very cool, very good location, the hostel is a good choice as you feel comfortable there (spacious, illuminated) and people exchange information about their travel experiences. To end... it's a good place to start your travel in the Filippines. The entire staff - from cleaning to front desk reception - were extremely

this place is just ok .... If you can find to stay Malate area is probably better for the night life ... Rooms are noisy , you can hear the music from night clubs outside . Only one room is quiet but the air conditioning system is noisy and you cannot adjust the temperature properly :(. Staff is ok , they just need to give right information about bus going to the airport , it was not the case for me , and I need to find out more by myself ... I won't go back to this place next time ...

Owner Comment (Show)
We have introduced improvements in our insulation that the noise outside should not be as disturbing or annoying as before.

I really enjoyed my stay at OMP. The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the free guided tours they offered and all the information and tips they gave whenever we had questions. The rooms and facilities are clean and secure, and in general it's just a great place with a great atmosphere. I will definitely stay at OMP again if I go back to Manila!

Traveling alone can be both liberating and scary at times, but the staff at Our Melting Pot were completely accommodating and friendly. They organize tours to help get you acclimated to Manila and a group of staff members even organized and joined us for a karaoke night out. They are so wonderful. and the place is super clean. Plus, they have free WiFi, which is super rare in the Philippines. Trust me. That was huge. Great place to stay while in Manila. I highly recommend it.

Not a bad spot pretty close to the airport but not in the actual centre of Manila. Would be safe to say its in a red light district type of area but still plenty of decent bars and restaurants around if girlie bars aren't your thing. Staff pretty helpful and brekky was decent enough.
