Never stay on this place! We did a booking to one building and they asked to do the check-in on another. When we arrived there the guy said to us that have many people sharing the other building so they gave us two options: 1) stay on that building where he showed us a room terrible, that didn't look anything to the pictures that we saw! 2) stay on another bed and breaksfast of another friend and pay the same value to have a ensuite room.(choosed) they didn't gave our breakast!

To be completely honest, our stay at this hostel was awful. For two girls staying alone, it was in a very bad part of town. We didn't feel safe at all. Also, It was difficult to communicate with the staff because they didn't speak English OR Italian. They also made us change rooms which was rather inconvenient. We had to go from a room with 2 beds to a smaller room with one. The check in and actual hostel were in different locations too which was a hassle for bags and such. I would not recommend

It was really clean inside of the bedroom and also in the kitchen and bathroom. But was a little bit difficult to find the entrance of the building because there was no information or names. Just the number. The location is really near from the Termini station. This is good but in the other hand can be dangerous because of the number and kind of the people that are around the region. In the night can be a little bit scary. The price is really good.

It was very difficult to find the hostel because it has a very tiny announcement, and there was an Asian employee who didn't speak a word of english. The reception is in one place and the hostel is in onther building wich makes you feel that you are going to be robbed or something

I think this place is perfect for budget travelers. When we arrived, we got a chance to choose our room since we were first and only hosts that night, so that was really pleasant. The rooms are spacious, bright, modestly furnished; no wardrobe, but its ok. The only bad thing was that the electric cattle was not usable, because earlier some one tried to boil milk there and it burned, so the water later had a terrible smell. But didn't need it, so don't care:) Place is bit noisy, but was ok too.:)

The outcome: a disaster. Dangerous neighbourhood, noisy room, no hot water, no heating… The poor quality mattress was lying on the floor and the walls were thin like cigarette paper. The heater even exploded in front of us! Service was awful too. They first pretended that the hostel was full to avoid moving us to another room. They also said it was impossible to get a refund for the nights that we had left (it was only 8 pm). All in all, lack of security, zero comfort, and dishonest people!
