Oxford Backpackers was the best hostel I have ever stayed at! Such a great vibe about the place, the common room was alive and full of people having a good time. There’s even a pool table and an awesome bar. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the duvets were super warm. And the staff! They were friendly and helpful, telling me all of the best places to go around Oxford and taking us out. I highly recommend OB to anyone who is looking for a good time, and a safe, happy place to stay.

Staff weren't the best, it was hard to know who worked there and who lived there.

we were three girls staying one night. good service, it was clean, and we had what we needed.

Great location, and facilities, only issue was that some times the door did not lock properly to my room which was a little concerning. Otherwise completely happy with my stay!

We stayed just 1 night and it was enough for us. Cramped in a 14 bed room I wonder if it would be a fire hazard or safety problem. Heating was left on all night or maybe it was just really stuffy Maybe only good for 20 somethings looking to party with students on weekends

This hostel is really nice, because the atmosphere is perfect! In the evening the bar will be opened and lots of people will be in de common room. At 12 o' clock, staff of the hostel will take you to the nice clubs, I had a really nice evening! When you just want to sleep, then it is quite enough bcause you have to be quite in de halls! I only think that they should make the girlsrooms more cheaper! There was a discusting old guy in my room, I didn't feel safe..

Amazing staff that are always willing to help!

It was a little noisy at the corridory at night time. People were talking loudly after drinking alcohol.

Thanks for everything Oxford Backpackers, you guys are the best. The person on reception in the morning was very helpful, and told me about the different tours in Oxford. Staff were always there to help whenever needed. Showers are good, breakfast was also very nice ( was always a different choice of cereals on offer ). Beds are very comfortable. I met some amazing peeps, and had a great party. Would definately stay here again. Superb :)

small friendly hostel, not very many people when I was there guessing dorms would be very crowded when full as very little space between beds. Rubbish bins in dorms would be great!!

TThis was a fun hostel to visit. Staff are very friendly and are always about to help if i want. There were lots of different people to meet there. I read on HostelWorld about this place it made me think when i came here it was very nice. They have nice beds and the room was very clean. Bathrooms are nice and warm dont shower from 10.30 because they start to clean them. Breakfast was very good i never had 3 cereals to choose from before. I will miss the smiling face from the person on reception

I loved Oxford backpackers! This hostel is amazing! The staff are awesome especially Mel, Sharon and Emma! They were very inclusive and knew how to have a good time! If you are looking for a fun and friendly atmosphere, look no further than this place!!

The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear people (who were generally quite) going around the hallways. Also, the heater turning on and off during the night woke me up a bit, but the heater worked :) and the staff were nice and helpful.

Loved staying Oxford backpackers!! i loved the amazing staff that were extremely hellpful. Everybody was so welcoming and willing to help especially with finding things in oxford and in oxfordshire. the facilities there were great, extremely comfortable bed and great showers. would without doubt stay there again. I also loved the choice of cerals at breakfast and the best part was how very vegan/vegatarian the hostel was !!!!!!

Amazing hostel! The staff were helpful and loads of fun. Clean bathroom/kitchen/dorms, thirty second walk to the main streets of Oxford, BAR in the common room!!! Will definitely be coming back!

The door to the 18 bed dorm was broken meaning that there was a lack of security otherwise it was good value for money
