The staff were really helpful. I asked for some bus information, and not only did he help at the time, but left a letter under the door that we could give to the ticket selling staff, explaining what it was we wanted. My only gripe was that soundproofing was pretty bad. We could really hear people walking up and down the stairs outside our room, and when the people in the room next to us shut their door, it felt like someone had slammed into our door. Also, know that shared bathroom = communal
