Thank you so much. I really like to stay at your place. Definitely if I come back I will stay again at your place. Thank you so much.

Pamukkale is a very small town. From Denizli, take a white van (lower level at Denizli bus station), gate 76, to Pamukkale (20 minutes, 3.50 tl). Then you walk to hotel. Hotel is very close to one of Travertines/Hierapolis entrance. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Free coffee and tea. Good breakfast included in price (bread, coffee/tea, milk, jam and butter, tomato, cucumber, egg, cheese).

Although arriving early and told by one lady that we had to wait until one to check in, half an hour later another guy took us to our dorm. We were never given a key and instead took the one from some girls who were leaving that day. The room light drives you mad, only comes on with movement and stays on for maybe ten seconds. Most staff really friendly, breakfast was delicious and perfect location under Pammukale

This was a very nice place to stay. It's a hotel with 1 dorm room I believe so you get treated like a hotel guest, which is a good thing. The breakfast was very good in comparison to other places. Really close to Hierapolis. The dorm room was good, the automatic light was annoying but besides that very comfortable stay :)

great location and staff are friendly. the rooms are well designed. breakfast not free just coffee and tea.

I had comfortable stay here. It was in an ideal location, well priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located just a few metres away from the entrance of the attractions. The staff were very hospitable and they made my stay a very pleasant one!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating for changes in my plans. Literally right across from the entrance to the park.

when i arrived there early, i asked for check - in. there is an old woman who can't speak English . she always tell to every body that the hotel is fully booked even if you already booked online before. She always makes all guests misunderstand. and they always tell that check-in time is 1 pm. but they can give your bed before 1 pm. you just need to wait for an hour.

The staff is horrible. There is no bathroom to change or wash up if they claim that they are completely full The staff started yelling at a this old woman for opening her suitcase to get somethings out because they claimed it was inappropriate to open your suitcase in the lobby and no hotel ever allows that They also made another guest cry and then started yelling at her for crying Essentially people started canceling their bookings

All over a very nice stay in Ozbay Hotel.

The location was a short walk to the entrance to the travertine! Ozbay had big , spacious rooms with modern design and decent wifi in the rooms. The breakFast at Ozbay kitchen was value for money at 10 lira !

It's nice and clean hotel, newly renovated. The location is good and the price is very reasonable. But the attitude of the staff is terrible, cold, never smile and very unfriendly.

Absolutely great value of money. We've got twin room with private bathroom. And it's spotless clean. 15 minutes walk to the entrance (heading uphill) of Pamukkale, but it's better if you go in from the hill top and go down. The staff is really helpful and they have the time table for buses and trains every day.

Ozbay was perfect for our stay. It was right across from the hot springs cliff (3 minute walk to the entrance). The room was clean and was fairly large. Great deal for the money. Also it was only a short mini-bus ride away from Aphrodesius, which is also a must see!

Allowed us to check in early and would only give us the best room available. Breakfast was a banquet with a variety of options. Staff were only ok, and there was no atmosphere, more like a hotel feel than hostel. Location perfect, you wouldn't need to be any closer.

Great location right next to the entrance to pamukkale, near lots of restaurants and small shops. Nice clean room with a big bed I felt pretty spoiled as I've been sleeping in big dorms for so long. My only complaint is that keys are left (labelled with the room number) on the counter when everyone's out, which is kind of sketchy because anyone could just walk up and take them, Great big breakfast too and coffee and tea whenever you like!

Everything was very nice. There is nothing to claim about them.

We are so grateful to you for your hospitality (including letting me sample mushrooms from your very own dinner plate!). Your kindness made our stay at Ozbay and in Pammukkale as a whole very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much from Marisa and Jillian A!

I would like to express my sincere thank for all staff Ozbay to give a great stay for me there. Surely if I have a chance to visit there again, I will stay at Ozbay more than one night since Pamukkale does not have only her own fantastic beauties, but also have very kind people.
