Definitely the best hostel I have stayed at so far! Great atmosphere and super friendly staff, who\'ll help you out with pretty much anything you need and make you feel welcome immediately. Dorms were very comfortable, but what really made this hostel stand out for me were the communal areas, with a big pool with a cool cabana area, a tv room with loads of movies, and of course the games room! Free internet a good plus as well. No bad things to say about this hostel, will recommend to everyone!

Not the greatest hostel, but would imagine it has a great atmosphere in Summer.

It was a nice hostel for a short stay. The staff are really friendly and it had a bit of a vibe like you are staying at someones house. They had $5 bike hire which was great way to see everywhere in a short period of time. My only negative was there were loads of birds and I have a bird phobia!

in a word: excellent. staff super friendly, everything is clean. everyone is laid back, it' s all quiet and peaceful after 11pm, everyone seemed respectful. Never seen such a nice BP in australia. Free internet and games and a swimming pool, just awesome.

Loved the hostel. Friendly staff, cool & laidback atmosphere, good areas to drink and socialise in the evenings. Nice pool. Free internet does not mean free wifi though. And you cannot use the computers to do uploads. Nevertheless, loved it.

Free internet a huge plus. Expensive to wash clothes and no access to washing machine and dryer, you give them your laundry and they do it for you, which I thought was odd. Otherwise a good hostel, a little noisy being in the rooms next to the common room.

A beautiful little hostel - bit tight for space in the dorm - immaculate facilities and relaxed atmosphere

We had a private room with an en-suite which was lovely and spacious and clean. The hostel itself is in a quiet location and isn't located next to many bars. There is a few bars in town (about a 15 minute walk away). The pool area was lovely and in a nice environment. The kitchen was very hard to cook in as all the hobs were too close together and there is only one kitchen sink. If you want to party lots then I wouldn't reccoment this hostel as it is a quiet enviroment.

Overall a good stay at Ozzie Pozzie. Lots of free stuff included in the price which was nice. We could only use 3 of the 8 hot plates to cook at night as anymore used at once would blow the fuse. This meant long queues to cook, but other than that I decent place to stay.

I extended my stay in Port Macquarie because of the hostel. Rooms provide enough space. Pool Area is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is unique.

Great Hostel, my partner and I enjoyed our stay over New Years. The double room was huge and comfortable although the bed was due for a new mattress. The bathrooms were very clean and the common areas were fanatic, we especially enjoyed sitting around the pool. The hostel is a short walk from the shops and the water. The facilities were great and we liked the free breakfast (does not include milk) but the hostel did not provide wifi which was disappointing.

Awesome hostel with a great outdoor space for meeting with people. The atmosphere was friendly and both staff and fellow travelers were great. The only downside is the beds are a little less than comfortable. But the quiet hours are strictly enforced so a good night of sleep can be had. Free breakfast & internet a huge plus. Loved it, I'd stay again!
