I had a private room for my daughter and myself and it was just like staying in a hotel for a much cheaper price. The restaurant/bar was loud inside and it was difficult to get service but the food was good. The swimming pool was cold and the sauna too lukewarm to use. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. The instructions on how to get there leave out the crucial information to turn to the right after the tunnel to get to the main entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at PLUS Berlin. While the location was a bit out of the city, once we figured out the Bahn it was easy to navigate and reach all the main tourist destinations fairly quickly. Our room was very nice. It felt more like a hotel with the mini fridge and microwave! They replace towels every day, which was nice. Breakfast was not worth the €6. Go to any of the little restuarants around instead.

Great place to stay, very clean, they change your sheets for you everyday and access to swimming pool and sauna. Wi-fi doesnt work well in rooms however but that's ok they have a nice lobby to sit in.

New, hip, young atmosphere with quirky decorations and modern facilities. Large shower and bathroom inside the room (4 bed female). TV in the room, restaurant and bar in-house with moderately priced beers and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located near a cool hip area with awesome street art and shops and cafés. Overall a very good experience.

There is ne thing we really didin't like. I asked the girl in reception do they have the towels in the room and she said that we can buy them from reception for 3euro each, which was fine if that's the policy, so we bought them. However, when we came into our room the towels were there!!!So she blantly had omitted the fact that there is no need for us to buy them and that the towels are changed each day anyways. We didn't go back to complain as I hate doing so.

The location could not have been more perfect! The restaurant was not the best, but ok. The staff seemed stressed. Also the pool was waaay too cold. That was a shame. :)

Great location, clean and love the fact that you get fresh towels every day, but as a single traveller I found it hard to meet people as it mostly catered to large groups. Also the wifi did not work very well in the bedrooms.

Best hostel I've stayed in, it an awesome place. Staff are friendly and helping, the atmosphere is great, the deco is awesome and the building itself is great. The bar and food are awesome too. Restaurant quality food that's very reasonably priced. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!

We got upgraded to a 4 bed dorm free of charge which was great as paid for 8. Bathroom was modern although shower head had no pressure and kept changing the temperature from to hot you couldn't stand under to freezing.. Other then that great hostel with reasonable priced meals in the restaurant at the hostel.. Will def return to this hostel when I'm Berlin next. Breakfast wasn't worth 6 euro .

The location is perfect, since it's close to a central train, U-Bahn and S-Bahn station. The facilities are more than the necessary ones and the staff very helpful. However, we stayed in a double room on the ground floor, right next to the reception, which was too noisy since we could hear everyone passing through the corridor.
