It was a very relaxed place which was nice, however the walk into town and back was quite long a tiring. It was also an effort walking to the toilet in the middle of the night. We stayed in a tent which was nice and clean and had provided blackets and pillows etc which was good. however the other plus hostels provide free wifi and here you had to pay for some reason. Had a very nice view.

Consider the weather when you decide to stay in a campsite, because it has nothing rather than a camp :D. If you're familiar with staying in a camp, it's ok. Otherwise I recommend a hostel instead especially not in summer.

In general the camping is quite good, location is also really good. But as bad comments: Tourist tax has to figure in the website final price, and is missing. Website does not say nothing about prices for parking car in the camping. I really think that those prices have to figure somewhere in the reservation process. Finally, there is a disco nearby, good if you like party, but very bad if you like to sleep. But this problem is not the camping's fault.

A very handy location if you don't mind a club DJ next door playing loud music through to 4am week nights. Staying in a tent made it quite hard to block out even with ear plugs. Will be fine if you're keen to join the party or don't mind the noise but wasn't in the mood this time. This is also the only camping ground in this group with no pool, but it does have a good cafe/bar. Also great view of the city from nearby viewpoint.

Not central located but one of the best locations outside the city, right next to piazza de michelangelo which is great for watching the sunset over the city and having a couple of drinks. The walk into the city only takes 5 or 10 minutes but coming back is around 30 minutes because it is all up hill. The camp site itself has excellent facilities which are very clean. The bar is always full with plenty of people to meet and talk to. The food and drink is cheap and quite good.

Very nice view of the city. It would be nice, if they had toilettes at the other end of the site too. Overall a good and cheap place to stay for a few days.

Nice camping place, expected other type of rooms but it wasn't bad overall, really nice hangout area and you can get to the city in 15 mins walking, worst is to come back.

Excellent campsite. Great location. Awesome restaurant, well priced. Showers/toilets always clean enough. Bungalo was clean and big enough. Bring mozzie repellent if you don't want to be eaten alive though.

I didn't really enjoy my stay here. The campsite has a BEAUTIFUL view of Florence and it's a short walk or bus ride to the city, which was great. I was traveling alone and booked a spot in a 3 person tent. I ended up being the only person in the 3 person house tent for the whole time I was there, which was both lonely and a bit creepy. I found the staff pretty unfriendly as well. I don't recommend this place for people traveling alone, its not ideal for meeting people at all.

If you come to Florence and you don't stay here then you missed out... The view from the here overlooks the whole of Florence and is amazing. The house tents are perfect and very clean. The campsite is so easy to get to... there is 2 buses (12 &13) that run here from the centre of Florence... It's just the perfect place... I can't say enough about how good it is here... 15 out of 10

one of the worst places i have stayed. way too far out of town. you have to hire a locker if you want to charge anything or use a power point. and the lockers can only be opened once, then you have to pay another euro if you need to sue it again. ridiculous. everything in the part, restraurant, bar, market close for 5 hours in the middle of the da

beautiful scenery! nice place to stay, beats some other camping companies. reception staff were lovely but mark was brought down by bar and restaurant staff for being a little bit rude. Food deals weren't great but alcohol was cheap from the market and the overall quality of the campsite makes it a great place to stay!

So much fun, if you like camping. The tent rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was just great. You get a great view from the camp site and its not that far of a walk to the city centre. I would definitely recommend it

Great location and amazing views of the city. A little noisy at night with the disco and bells but not really a problem. Good food and drinks at the bar.

No activities like other Plus Camping (lame).. The market should stay open later, No free internet like they advertise.. Beers are expensive, pizza is the worst pizza ever!!! hardly any toppings on it & cooked longer!!! Bathrooms are far from the tents especially at night, The rooms are clean & comfortable , good value for money.. :D
