Excellent cost benefit, good facilities and comfortable accommodations. The restaurant staff is amazing. And it is located just beside Piazzale Michelangelo, one of the most beautiful views of the city and certainly the most beautiful sunset.

Great location. No lockers in the room but it was a shared tent so can't expect too much.

The camping has nice location. You can walk from the city center about 20 min. Atmosphere was very friendly. Tents are good to sleep at night but if you want to stay in tent after 10 am it is almost impossible. (so hot inside) You can watch very beautiful sunset near camping.

Really good location and easy to get to. Staff are pleasant and genially helpful. The toilets and showers could do with a bit maintenance but other wise a great hostel.

Only problem is the 2 clubs nearby which can be heard from your tent.

Definitely would have spent an extra €15 to stay elsewhere. Believe me, I've roughed it before- sleeping on beaches and such. And I would take that over this anyday. Maybe it's different in the winter, but in the summer, the tents just get TOO hot. The bathrooms are disgusting and seems like they are hardly ever cleaned. And the location is NOT central. It's right down the street from Piazzale Michelangelo, but other than that, it's a half hour+ bus ride to the city.

I should have taken the reviews more seriously I think. The place was falling apart a little, some of the shower heads were missing their disks so instead of spraying water like a shower... It'd hose you with one thick, powerful stream. There were signs and maps for an ATM and a market, they both no longer existed, yet the signs and maps weren't updated. The tents were really hot at night and in the mornings. Essentially, you have to think of it as a cheap place to sleep and leave your bags.

A terrible mistake going on a camping on summer, too damn hot!! The bathrooms were super far and really dirty, specially the showers.

Nice place just out of the main city, fairly basic but a good price and nice atmosphere. Close to Michael Angelo square where the view is incredible

My gf and I both stayed here in the peak of summer... I must admit that we aren't super keen campers and we chose this accomodation to save a bit of money. However we didn't feel safe leaving our valuables in the tent so we kept them on us the whole time. The music/bar area kept my friend from sleeping on the first night and she had to take sleeping pills on the second night. The heat was unbearable and there was no release other than a mosquito infested shower with a broken drain (so it flooded

The toilets were not the most clean. It would be a big plus if there were charging ports in the rooms. Also, wifi doesn't work in rooms but only in the common areas. Maybe one shouldn't expect much more from a camping. Considering that, an overall decent experience.

No electrical plugs on rooms like at other camping plus spots. No pool either. Still pretty good bang for your buck.

It was fine, nothing more. There's a great view, and a nice bar/outside terrace area, but no outlets in the tents. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom because all of the outlets on the terrace were being used. The staff was nice enough. This place is the bare minimum of an acceptable stay.

I stayed here for three nights in the middle of summer in a three bed shared tent. Essentially, you get what you pay for. The location is great though! An easy walk into the middle of town and about two minutes walk from the campsite is a great view of all of florence, especially at sunset.

When you check in you are given a map of the grounds, but it turned out to be outdated - none of the water faucets or electric outlets were working. There are also outdated signs on the premises, e.g. to an ATM or shop which aren't there. The staff are aware of this. The only place to get some water is the bathroom sinks, and the only place to get electricity is the outlets in the restaurant, where you must purchase something, or a paid locker where you can only fit in a phone for charging.

cheap. You get what you pay for really. Tents were alright. did not feel very secure. seemed as if anyone could walk into the camp ground at all hours without question. bus stop right outside of the gate is nice. Didnt help it was 100° everyday we were there. only wifi and power points were on top of hill at the bar area.

The tent we rented had a locking door, except that you could open it without the key. Other than that, our experience was great.

The location is perfect. It's just minutes away from Michalengelo Square which has a magnificent view and you can walk nearly everywhere in the city. They have no plugs in the tents and wifi doesn't reach most of them so you need to go to the bar to charge your phone and connect. But I would stay here if I came Florence again.
