This place is fantastic value for money! Great place. Could do with a kitchen, but other than that it has everything. Small bus and train ride into the city, but for €10 a night I'm fine with that. I'd stay again for sure.
Staff are beyond useless. Especially those at reception and at the info place. They were uninformed and didn't know where any places were or how to get to them. Breakfast was also average in comparison to the buffet at Plus Venice!
The camp ground is kept up very well. The two issues I would have is that the tour company Top Deck has a party tent right next to some of the bungalows which can cause it to be extremely loud all night. Also, you will need to take a bus from the camp to the Vatican then transfer to a subway to get into the heart of the city. Not expensive but will take about an hour so may want to look for something closer in town.
This hostel is a great option if you are looking to save money in Rome. The facilities are average at best and smell aweful, the staff are not friendly at all, and it's a 30 min journey by crowded bus then metro to any sights, but it's cheap and comfortable. There are no kitchens but there is a market on site and a supermarket across the street. You can get creative like we did and eat things that don't need cooking. Can be tricky on the bus the first time but just follow the crowd.
Wifi is available but doesn't work. Shower drain was blocked my bed was a tiny crib attached to a wall and you wouldn't want to bigger than 170cm. I booked one night and my reservation was stuffed up and they made me pay two nights, no reasonable staff and poor services. Bad bed, bad plumbing, small room, atrocious wifi, at least 30minutes from Rome not including the wait for the bus and trains to actually arrive! Don't stay here.
It was a nice place to stay. the tent that i was in was close to road though so i heard very noisy traffic all night. The bathrooms did not have any soap so that was disappointing. The facilities were good though, i liked it over all. transport to and from Rome is easy.
Great campsite, on site bar and food were fab. The pool is great. The tent was cool. The shuttle service was a positive. loved my stay here.
Facilities for the campsites and tents were good. Floors of the permanent tents could do with a good clean. Campsite is ridiculously far out of town - even though it's cheap here consider public transport costs because you'll get a better deal in town. Very loud at night with large groups of school children.
I stayed in a 3 bedroom shared room except the. 3rd bed was designed for a child on the top side of the cabin.
Great as a campsite, just lacking lockers in the bungalows and the location is a little far from anything with a bus then train to get anywhere. The supermarket right across the road has everything you could want. Otherwise great place.
Clean, fun, cheap and social place to stay. Everything you need on one location. But a journey itself to get to the tourist attractions. I enjoyed my stay
It is a really good facility. I hope they keep their legitimate prices with the quality they have.
I arrived busting for the toilet. Wandered up to find the toilet and a staff member outside. While texting on her phone doing nothing she said she's cleaning the toilet so will have to find another. RUDE!
A great place to relax, its great fun actually, even though its a bit far from the center. Bus 246 recommended by the hostel is a nightmare, its irregular and people are packed like sardines. Bus 247 to cipro metro is a better bet. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often and they really should install soap dispensers in the toilets. The pool is nice, but again why cant you indicate where you have steps in the pool people get hurt while swimming! The hostel has a nice restaurant, shop & bar
Great village with great atmosphere. The wifi had lots of drop outs which was a little frustrating. I was given the top bunk which I really didn't like and hurt myself cause there were no stairs, but other than that was a great stay.

This place is great, I'm a sucker for a pool and this pool is amazing with a poolside bar and those infamous cocktail buckets will set you up for a good night. Family friendly and also a good place for groups of youth to have a good time. We stayed in the twin tents and they were comfortable and roomy, the bathroom facilities were great too and very clean! Don't get your hopes high for a BBQ though, that BBQ is average but that is the sites one and only downfall for me!
Reception staff friendly, tents basic but clean, toilet blocks large, and clean. As has unfortunately been the case at all Plus accommodation the restaurant staff was a MAJOR let down. Rude and slow. At one stage they just stood their talking to each other while several customers waited, we had to ask at least twice when we ordered a drink as the waiter then "forgot". Once we paid the person who took our money took over 20 minutes to bring back the change! This is unacceptable! Plus awful servic
camping roma has a great atmosphere. they have managed to keep most parts of their site quite yet have bus loads of young travelers have huge parties at there on site bar. it was very easy to get from the site into central rome they even have set up a shuttle bus to the vatican. The only thing i would say is missing is a camp kitchen but otherwise a great place to stay
This is by far the best camp site we have stayed in during our europe trip. It is CLEAN, bathrooms are VERY NICE for a campsite. Hot water and good shower pressure, they offer a great breakfast for 6 euros the staff are happy and helpful. I really like this place, would go back.
Very good place to stay in Rome. Not so far from city center - 15 mins by bus and 15 mins by metro. The only thing that upset me was waiting for a bus. I could expect for it from 10 to 20 minutes. Place is very clean, many facilities, big supermarket inside camping and bigger one across the street from him. Next time will choose this place again!
