It was a nice surprise for such a big hostel- very clean and the location was great, the bus station next to the hostel takes you right to Michelangelo square which is very far. Our room was just what we needed and i highly recommend the place. it had a big bar that was always empty so if that's what you are looking for well this is not the place.

Would definitely stay here again. very clean and staff are super friendly and informative! The pool and sauna wasn't open when I was there, but didnt care anyway. The restaurant serves great pizza and wine. I stayed during the week so there was nothing going on at the bar, but it looks like it would get hopping on a Saturday night

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, bright and spacious and tastefully decorated, although the hairdryer did not work and there were no plug sockets near the mirror. Central location excellent. The staff were very helpful by printing my bus ticket for free and they also recommended a wonderful nearby bar which we would not have otherwise found.

Nice place in Florence that is really close to the Duomo and leather market. The rooms were simple and clean. The only downside was that the pool had to be closed when I was there because it was raining outside.

Its a huge hostel and more suitable for larger groups/those looking to party. Place is crawling with busabouts, which is fun if you wanna party hard. Don't stay here if you want to get a good night's sleep. Mattresses are the worst I've had in europe (out of 15 hostels). Basically felt like sleeping on the metal mesh, hurt my back.

The hostel is great, location is excellent and the quality is impeccable. However there are two minor problems: one is the hostel doesn't include breakfast. For the price, breakfast should be included. Anothr problem is the club /social area. This was the third time I stayed at Plus Florence and that room is always empty. My suggestion is to make a schedule with activities, play better music - not just cheesy hits from the radio, but varied tunes, such as rock, flash back, trance, theme nights.

We enjoyed our stay at Plus Florence a lot, everything was really clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful! The hostel is in walking distance of the main train station and all major sites.

Definitely more like a hotel than a hostel and huge - if you're looking to meet people and make friends, or find a small group to hang around with, this probably isn't your best bet. Good rooms though, and nice to have a 24 hr front desk.

Good stay. They have great staff available 24 hours that speak English. The bed had clean sheets. Good safe luggage room. Wifi a bit slow at peak times like at 9 pm but overall worked fine. The bathroom had hot water and nice shower. The restaurant downstairs made our stay at Plus worthwhile because there was a pool with happy hour for guests. We got a bottle of wine, a pizza, and pasta for 21 Euros. Good location in a very walkable CIty. The ATM inside did not work FYI for the hostel to repair

It's an awesome facility, but I didn't like it. Is too big and impersonal. I felt like I was just a number at the front desk at check in. Everywhere else I've stayed the front desk has walked me through the city map and showed me places to go and eat. Here they just asked me if I wanted a map and they hurriedly sent me on my way. The Internet was absolutely terrible. I'm glad I only planned to stay here one night...too corporate

Despite making the reservation together, we were put into three separate rooms and not given a reason why. The receptionists seemed snooty and aloof, and not very helpful; they just gave us the map without marking anything, and didn't tell us where anything was in the hostel. The bar was cool, but EXTREMELY loud at night... even if the windows were closed. The pool was small, shallow, and not worth having. It was definitely more like a hotel and less like a hostel.

Well, I guess it's normal cheap hostel. They don't have common kitchen, so you cannot make tea or something by yourself and should be ready to pay for a breakfast in their restaurant (6 euro). Bathroom is clean enough and don't have that ugly "save-all-the-water-on-earth" system, so you turn it on once and enjoy hot shower for a long time)) Laundry is available for 4 euro+1 euro for soap+4 euro for dryer, so I think it's a little bit expensive. So, it's compeletly ok for short term vacation.

Nice place to stay, staff was good, but much to big for that personal touch you would want to find in a hostel if you looking at meeting new people.

Well everything looked nice, but then stuff started to break, beginning with my locker, then the lock on the room. The beds were awful, you couldn't move without the entire bed shaking, I thought the bed was going to break too. The wifi didn't work and when we asked about it the staff was rude and said a lot of people must be on it.. It didn't even work at 6am. They also advertised a good social/party scene and there wasn't one. It was also so loud and there were children screaming all morning!
