Would stay here again! Clean, safe, easy to find!

Love this Hostel this is the 3rd time I have stayed here!

Lock in the bathroom of room 420 didn't work. That's the only complain.

A really nice cool place to stay!

6 bed female dorm was clean and spacious and felt more like a hotel then a hostel. Didn't use many of their facilities and was unimpressed that they advertised tours and a travel desk on their website, but when approached about it, 3 different staff members told me none were available and the tours should have been taken off the website. Besides this issue, had a great stay at PLUS Florence.

The breakfast's value is so expensive!

Excellent hostel not to far from the train station. More like a hotel but very clean and very nice. I enjoyed their swimming pool and all you can eat breakfast (an extra 6 euros). Great location to see Florence. Rooms very nice and clean. Great value for the money.

Awesome hostel, the staff were so helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the city. Had a great stay!

Great hostel! Great facilities, big common area on the bar/restaurant. Its a 10 minutes walk from the train station with your luggage. Go for it.

The Hostel is great, with good bedrooms, with one bathroom for each bedroom, everything clean, with a great atmosphere. The location is also good. The city isn't very big, so it's possible to do everything walking. The only problem I had is the internet, that isn't so good, and sometimes it doesn't work well on the bedrooms. Besides that, I was a litlle upset by the fact that they putted us in a room for 6, when I payed for a room with 4 beds. I complainned and they gived us a small discount.

Everything is good except the location, a bit far. But it's ok:) overall, nice place to stay.

Really fantastic hostel facilities. Ensuite bathrooms that were very clean and good rooms. Each bed had its own reading light and outlet which is a great luxury. The staff was really helpful! Wifi was spotty which was a downfall.

Fantastic hostel in a great location! The staff are extremely helpful and are 24-hours, making it extremely convenient to check-in throughout the day. My stay was extremely enjoyable; the location great (about a 10-minute walk from centre), the rooms very tidy, spacious and clean, and the facilities were fantastic; indoor pool, gym, sauna, turkish spa, restaurant, rooftop bar, computers, WiFi ... etc. This is certainly the go-to hostel in Florence, couldn't recommend it more highly!

It's bigger than hostel, It looks like hotel. I like this place. there are many facilities in the hostel(exp.Swiming pool, sauna, streaming room, bar) the room, bed and toilet are clean, moreover there is hair dryer in shower room that surprise me. :D

This hostel is the nicest one I've ever stayed in. Although it was large, which means there were a lot of people around, I loved the character and atmosphere of the hostel. Worth the money!!

This is a huge place located not tip far from places you actually want to go, but the activity recommendations are not great, you have to pay for everything except internet (towels, locks, laundry breakfast).

Met some great people, love the bar on sight and the roof top terrace. Only things I didn't like were that there were problems with the wifi and it wasn't working when I first arrived and then it would kick me off at strange intervals and times, which became very frustrating. Also two large groups of mid teen looking students were staying at the same time and they were quite noisy, as compared to other guests.
