Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the bed was one of the worst I've slept on in Europe so far, internet was patchy to non existent in the room, food and drinks overpriced. Felt more like a cheap hotel than a hostel (had families with young kids, and groups of seniors staying there too) Might be OK with a group but as a solo traveller no good, atmosphere was terrible and no one was really interested in interacting with people outside they're tour groups
Great location and amenities. But I surpringly did not meet many people here, as I have in other hostels. But clean, safe and we'll equipped
Great hostel close to the centre of Florence. Rooms are modern and clean and the wifi works well.
It's a great place, very clean, very organized, it looks like a hotel! Breakfast was good too. They have a pool and a gym. Everything is walking distance. I definitely recommend it!!
It's nice and cozy, near the railway station and near the central market, the staff tries to help even the smallest details, they are just lovely...

Super fun hostel to stay in. Friendly staff and clean environment. Definitely planning on staying in a plus in other cities!
Liked it, but the bar closes at 12! Not great if you want to have a bit of a party!
Very nice place.. The best hostel we've stayed in so far. Rooms were cleaned daily and also had fresh sheets and towels daily. Staff were helpful and location was great.
The two middle aged ladies that were on the desk during my stay were not very friendly or helpfu, however the young guy I saw interact with many of those staying was so friendly and eager to help.. those other two should take lessons in customer service from him!
4 bed rooms are much nicer all over. Good location for a 'plus' hostel which is rare. Great staff. Sauna and gym were closed as usual
Unfortunately gym and sauna were closed off. Rooms are good. Nice atmosphere. No cooking facilities but good restauraunt. Worth booking
Excellent hostel, perfect for groups. Would not recommend for solo travellers though. Well located near main train station and walking distance to city centre.
Pool area is amazing when your waiting to check in. Rooms are clean and have separate toilets to showers which is a plus. Could only afford one night as the next night was double the price! Don't know how that worked out as it wasn't booked out or a weekend.. But well Worth the night purely for relaxation.
The hostel was brilliant but seemed dead every night. There space and the facilities existed for it to be a perfect place for travellers to meet each other and socialise, but it seemed to be empty all the time.
Nice cheerful place! Bed bit shakey.... But atmosphere, staff and other guests were AMAZING! Recommended to try 'venchi' gelato... So yummy!
Great common areas, really enjoyable specially during summer, but the room (8 mixed dorm ensuite) was filthy, and when we got to the room there was just one free locker, making it impossible for both of us to keep all our stuff in it. And the room was beyond hot, fans are definitely needed.
Overall a very good fun hostel. Florence is a beautiful city but in summer it's very hot so it was great coming back to the hostel for a swim after exploring! The pool however is not on the rooftop terrace (as it appears in photos) it is way down on the 1st floor. The bar at the top was also closed which was a shame as such a cool area. Rooms had big lockers for everyone and 8 bed dorm was spacious but rather hot! Overall I'd definitely recommend though!
This is a good hostel to meet people. Wifi available, plug socket and bed light. Feels nice and clean. Bar available and good cafeteria to meet people. Plenty of computers. Organised! Only slight downfall was staff weren't so personal but overall a great hostel to stay in.
