Great location, the friendly 24 hours staffs and has wifi in all of room. The computer for internet also more than 2 (more than other hostel I've ever stayed). If I visit Firenze, I absolutely will stay in this hostel.

Hostel is really good with warm welcome in the reception and the rooms are very clean. Staffs in the hostel are very friendly and helpful. Very good hostel to stay.

Nothing to complain bout this Hostel. More than what i expected for the price i paid. I dont understand how people can be so ungrateful and place bad reviews after what the Hostel has to offer.

Overall is a fine hostel, with nice, spaceous and clean rooms. However, basic stuff like breakfast you will have to pay. The wifi internet doesnt work, or works really slow. So, you will have to pay if you want to use internet.

Clean, with each suite having its own bathroom(s). Dedicated hostel with lots of people my age, feels like there are things going on with bar downstairs too. Location pretty decent, not super close to heart of city but definitely walkable. Friendly (and cute) staff. WiFi is very spotty though. There is landline connection in the lobby but you\'d have to pay.

Nice rooms and world-class showers! Good located, nice restaurant and bar, although it\'s a bit weird that they don\'t let you bring your own stuff in there too (a hostel in Nice allows it and it seems to work).

Internet never worked on my personal computer (I wasn't the only one)

This was my first hostel experience and I have to say that it really exceeded my expectations. We had no choice & booked a 7 person dorm room which was tidy with a private washroom & shower space. The facilities and services offered were all great and the atmosphere was really inviting & fun. We we're there for the pool opening party & it was really fun. I definitely recommend this hostel.

First time at a hostel- what a great experience. It was safe, fun, friendly and clean- I would go back in a heartbeat!

Very accommodating and knowledgeable hostel-type staff. Great for young travelers--even has a travel desk to help you plan your days. However, I had just stayed at the PLUS hostel Berlin, which was way cheaper and absolutely beautiful; the rooms in Florence were plenty adequate but the shower had no doors (just a shower head in the tile floor bathroom) and the rooms lacked a bit of the space, character, and fluffy white blankets and towels of Berlin.. Still fun, social, clean, and worry free.

It was wonderful! Very easy access from train station. Room very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Our stay at the Plus in Florence was really great, this is the place to be if You want to meet new people and have a good time. They also offer à lot of interesting tours at a very acceptable price !

Loved this hostel. staffs are extremely helpful and willing to do whatever customers wants as possible they can. location is not very close to the station or attractions(15-20min walking distance), that was no problem to me. Clean and conveneint. Stay here!

Good hostel, good staff, and good location (very close to the main train station). This hostel was a decent value for your money but it was also sort of a party hostel (so don´t come here if you plan to have a really peaceful stay) and I also wished that It was a little cleaner (I was afraid that I would get bed bugs). Other than that I had a nice stay.
