Quite a big hostel, almost felt like we were staying in a hotel. Not so sure how security was monitored, as we were in the second building and noticed the security camera in the hallway was facing at the floor, not dos the hallway. The restaurant was average, you could definitely get better food elsewhere in Florence. Would stay again.

Good base, but not brilliant for meeting anyone

Fine hostel, but just kind of weird. Felt very corporate and there was not much community. Location is okay. Pool and sauna are a nice plus.

Beautiful hostel physically but absolutely 0 atmosphere. Rooms were like hotels - beautiful and super modern marble bathrooms - clean and nice. What lacks here is that there is no hang out area and 0 socialising ever. Was quite lonely and very difficult to meet people - If you like your privacy this is for you but if you are outgoing and want to meet friends it won't happen here sorry. Also a huge problem - there are no lockers in the rooms - there are wooden boxes which can be easily broken

Linen and showers are fantastic. Wifi is terrible, absolutely terrible.

Can describe how good it was to have a swimming pool! After 3 months of travelling this was perfect!

PLUS hostel was a great experience, made us feel quite at home, however it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. You weren't allowed to bring in outside food or drink, so unless you went out into the city to buy food, then you had to purchase from their kitchen and bar. Met a lot of people which is what we wanted, would stay again

Felt a bit hotel-like at times. Not much of a common area to just hang back and relax and meet other travelers. The staff was nice, but insufficient for the number of people staying in the hostel. However, overall it was clean and had all the basic amenities needed.

By far the grandest hostel I've ever stayed in. Essentially a hotel with bunk beds in every room - capable of accommodating huge numbers of guests, and certainly well equipped for it. Facilities were excellent and extensive - huge bonus! - but because of the size of the public space, atmosphere was somewhat lacking. Is an excellent choice for price, and would be perfect for larger groups of travelers looking to party at the bar and poolside.

Fabulous place, I had such a great time there! Very clean, spacious, awesome all around.

Shower was good and the bathroom was very clean. They have a supper friendly staff and a restaurant with a pretty decent pizza. The room we stayed was very comfortable and had a good size, despite looking a little crowded. Tee place could be better located, but it is walking distance from the train station and the city center, so not a issue. . I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and amazing staff. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere and a very helpful city map. Rooms are clean and having a bathroom and shower in the room was nice.

Really big hostel in a excellent facility with a restaurant, sauna, pool and terrace! Very convenient to eat breakfast and dinner in the hostel restaurant! It is located a little far from the train station. We liked the big bunk bed, good for couples! One time showers didn't work and there was no toilet paper. If you want to use air condition you have to go to the reception every day because they turn it off. There are always many people waiting at the reception!Be aware of city tax 1.5€/day!

Reaally big hostel, the room is big and nice, I was upgraded to female dorm for free, which was great. But pls teach your staff where the bus station is, the girl at reception told me its on the left side of the train station, though it was on the right. Likely I managed to find it on time and got my bus.

This is a good hostel. If you get into your room early enough you have a chance at a big bed or a single (non bunk bed). The breakfast in the morning is a bit expensive but it has more variety than your average hostel breakfast. Good atmosphere downstairs near the bar as well.

Grandioso lugar sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí

Really an average hostel that feels more like a hotel. They don't have a kitchen, but a rather expensive restaurant and bar. No activities to meet other people or events of any kind. Even though I met some awesome people in my dorm room, didn't really like the feel or the vibe of the place.

The hostel is good but it might be overrated... Wifi is good, also the restaurant inside the Hostel has good food, the location is good. The rooms are clean however, it smells a lot to chlorine inside them. The staff is not helpful at all eventhough they speak different languages.
