The place is a hotel converted to hostel - too crowded and not secure. The restaurant is open to public so anyone can enter the building. The staffs are alright but they are always too busy because there are simply too many guests to be attended to. I will not stay here again.

So close to everything! And the hostel was very helpful and nice. Only thing was that the place was filled with 12 year olds when we went. Oh well. And breakfast is bad. But it was a great hostel overall. Fantastic!

I would give PLUS a perfect review but the WIFI WAS BROKEN THE ENTIRETY OF MY STAY. That was stressful and extremely inconvenient. WIth wifi, it would be pretty much perfect. Decent location, Staff were super friendly and helpful, the hostel itself is very clean and nice with a lot of amenities. Generally very nice atmosphere, both social and quite depending on what you're looking for.

definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here! was more like a hotel and did not at all have the hostel atmosphere. there was a 'disco' everynight...no one was ever there. apparently they do a pubcrawl too..was there on a thursday and friday night and no pubcrawl. staff were pretty rubbish too, and wi fi didnt work most of the time, apparently this is a 'common problem' at this hostel. please don't stay here!

The property is well managed with facilities you would expect to find in hotels. The staff ware extremely hopeful esp after my daughter suffered concussion and had to seek medical attention

I can't criticize this hostel since almost perfect in every aspect. The only things I can complain is the noisy sound from the bar during midnight was really bothering me. I wish I could change my room, but I wasn't eager to repack & move my heavy luggage that time.

Massive hostel which is well run, clean and efficient. However, there is little character, it's too big to meet people really, and the noise from the bar at night is horrendous. Location fairly good, being close to the station

It is a nice hostel, however, if your are looking for a quiet place I would not recommend this one: all the places in the hostel are always too busy of people! Internet connection it doesn't work well.

This was a great hostel in a great location. The facilities were fantastic, and the whole experience felt like we were staying in a hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is more like A hotel. The facilities are amazing the staff rocks! My only complaint is the noise. The club below our room was extremely loud until 1 am plus we were next to the lobby which was loud starting at 8am. First floor rooms kinda suck, but overall it was great!

The BEST hostel I have ever stayed in!! They provided the girls with free towels and a shower kit, the rooms were unbelievably clean, there was a terrace outside our room, the location was great, and it truly felt like a nice hotel!

There were some seriously obnoxious youths running around the hostel late at night (1-3am). Tons of stuff to do here. Clean rooms, close to the train station. Free computer and internet access! Nice bar and restaurant downstairs. There is also a terrace bar and pool!

Stayed in a four person mixed dorm, good-sized lockers and ensuite bathroom was nice. Only issue was wifi, since it didn't work in the room very well, especially at night when everyone was trying to access it. Otherwise a great hostel!

A very big hostel, good location and very good facilities. But it is almost impossible to connect to the wifi in the evening and the stuff won't provide any necessary information unless you ask.

Florence PLUS was great. Big hostel, great facilities, very clean. It tends to attract big student groups who party in the bar downstairs, so if you want to sleep, I'd recommend ear plugs. Great location, easy to find. Would definitely stay again.
