This is a great hostel with great people. If you are going to Florence I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone.

The wifi signal in fine in the room, but still didn't work, maybe due to too many users share the bandwidth at the same time. Hope can improve this situation, or every time when you need to use wifi you have to go to the lobby.

Overall, I was pretty impressed with PLUS Florence (well-decorated, well-maintained, etc), except for one big issue. I reserved and paid extra for a females-only room. On my 3rd night, however, the staff put one guy in the room, and on the 4th night, there were two guys in the room! I alerted the staff to the issue both days, but they did nothing to change the situation. That definitely changed my otherwise positive perception of PLUS Florence. I don't know that I would stay there again.

It would be nice to pay for a hostel that actually has a decent wifi connection. The wifi here is awful (as in it doesn't work at all), so either you must go down to the bar (that closes at 11:30 if no one is there) to get a kind of decent signal or wait in line to use the filthy computers. So if you have important business to attend to, just plan on doing one of these things. other than that the hostel is in a great area, nice rooms, decently comfortable beds, and is clean.

Everything was good only the wifi was really annoying. Its really hard to access to the Internet in the room and run smoothly. Slow Internet was quite waste time to wait. It's really needs improvement.

I thought it was a great blend between a hotel and a hostel. There is a restaurant downstairs, along with a steam room, hot box and pool. But it is almost too large to the point where it could be hard to meet people. I wouldn't recommend this hostel for lone travelers, but it was great. The beds were comfy, it was clean, and the breakfast for 6Euro was kind-of worth it. There was a good variety.

The hostel was clean and organized, I especially appreciated the computer room, for example. However, I did not have a blanket (it was not offered to me and it was unclear where I could get one) and was freezing all night. I noticed others had comforters but I had no idea where they came from.

This place is more like a HOTEL!! I mean its so awesome for the price you pay! U have EVERYTHING! I mean literally EVERYTHING! An awesome restaurant , pool , sauna , roof top terrace with an awesome view , There was some problem with my booking but the staff was so helpful that they made up for the confusion very well. I totally love this place and I recommend to give their Hostel in other cities as well a try. .

Nice to have a steam room! But, the wifi rarely worked, and when it did it was too slow to accomplish anything. This was even the case in the lobby. It was very frustrating over our 5 night stay.

6bed dorm: clean, modern, comfortable, shower and toilet separately which was handy. Big lockers for everyone. Friendly staff, maps, wifi only in common area. Walking distance from train and sights. Big hostel with over 300beds.

This is more like a hotel than a hostel: the facilities are very modern and clean. There is a bar in the basement along with many other useful utilities, but the noise did not carry to our room as we were on the third floor. The staff were friendly and the location is prime, in close proximity to both main city attractions, markets, and places for cheap food such as sushi. We had an ensuite room with our own little kitchenette which was just lovely.

Great staff, great energy in the hostel. Able to relax or party, whatever you please. Only downside is that it is a bit further away than most other Florence hostels.

The beds should be numbered, I left my cup at the bed desk for the next night and has been tossed away, there is no way to tell the cleaning stuff that you are staying, other than that to put all your belongings to the locker.

It sort of lacks common areas because the bar area closes when the bar closes, so if it's too cold on the roof terrace your only option is to keep drinking in reception or on the stairs... I reckon this place would be awesome in the summer with more people around, nicer roof terrace weather and hopefully less hoards of school kids (!). All in all though, a good option, and I'd probably come back if I found myself in Florence again. The room was great and the barman was very friendly...

I was initially not impressed as my room was not ready when I checked in and the receptionist told me (without apologizing) that I could either wait 30-60 minutes or leave my luggage there (where they have signs that they are not responsible for stolen items...). Overall this place would be good if you are travelling in a group, but as a solo traveller it is just too big and has more a feel of a hotel than a hostel. Location was decent - 10 minute walk to the centre and train station.

It's definitely a mega-hostel, which = party hostel, which = I am glad I was only there for one night. It's very popular with school groups which means that it's hard to get sleep sometimes. It's farther from the city center than others, but the area it is in seems safe and nice, and there were lots of buses around so that wasn't an issue at all. The breakfast was pathetic, don't waste your money on that. I would definitely stay here again, but I'd book a whole room so it would be quieter.

Rooms are very well equipped. Bathrooms are available for every room and it helps in keeping them clean. Stuff was very helpful in every case. The problem is a lack of a kitchen. It was almost impossible to prepare own food. Nobody was also bothering about screaming and running bunches of teenagers, during the night. So unfortunately it was almost impossible to sleep because of the noise:/
