had a good bar. breakfast was kinda pricy but was a big all you can eat breakfast. lockers were big enough for my entire pack and room for to hang clothes. rooms felt like staying at a nice hotel just with bunk beds and strangers. could use more staff at times as you may wait a while for checkin and checkout.
Great facilities and location. Cleanliness and rooms were good. Wifi was sporadic and most people used it in the lobby. No kitchen facilities to make your own food, restaurant was good though
defently value for money! It was nice and clean
Nice room and shower. The hostel has saunas and an indoor pool. Good location as well. And it was really cheap. The wifi just worked well in the common area though.
Great facilities. I was in a brand new room. They are a little understaffed at front desk. No common room but has restaurant, bar, indoor pool, sauna, etc.
This is literally a perfect hostel- and with a sauna! All others should use PLUS Florence as an example. Staff, location, facilities and everything else were all spectacular
Great place, just the indication to get there are a little inaccurate (just a little), but it is still close to the centre and within a walking distance from any important sight. Good staff and the nicest facilities. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Helpful staff nice clean place. Easy to meet people in the bar/cafeteria downstairs.
It´s a great hostel: nice location, great bar/restaurant, big lockers at the rooms.
To me this place felt more like a hotel than a hostel. People mostly kept to themselves and you really had to go out of your way to meet people. The bar is expensive even during happy hour. Actually used the pool and spa facilities which were surprising nice. My key was deactivated when the majority of guest in the room checked out one day, which was annoying.
There is really big place and it has many opportunity but crew is not good
The location was not very good, about 15~20 minutes from train station. But it was very easy to find the hostel. There is a club at the underground, the atmostphere was perfect! And there is an indoor swimming pool, I saw people swimming inside. Also there is a laundry room. But the staffs seem to be tired of doing their job, not friendly at all.
The location wasn't the best, though there aren't many cheap options in Florence. The food was terrible in their restaurant, don't bother. The night staff down in the restaurant were very unpleasant, too. And it had a funny smell, like the toilets were backed up. Gross! Also, the reception/check in area was always SO busy. It seemed like busses and busses of people would get off (seriously 30-40) and all want to check in at once, so it made it difficult to get any assistance. Good showers tho
Inside the room was extremely nice, outside the room was too overwhelming. They had a pool, spa, bar, restaurant, dance floor. It took away from actually meeting people.
There's no kitchen and wifi is poor connection. If you want to eat breakfast you have to pay for that.
Nice hostel with a great ambience. It was really too hot in the dormitory. The breakfast was fine.
This place is a good value for the money. It's huge though, and the staff is often too swamped to give you much attention. I would recommend it if you don't mind big hostels.
Very secure and clean with helpful staff. A bit outside the city center, but still close enough. I was upgraded from an 8 to a 5 person room because I stayed for so long, so that was nice. I didn't spend much time in the hostel, but it seemed like they had a solid celebration going on for Australia Day, which was cool. Has great facilities that I really didn't use haha. Very large. Not really a memorable place for me, but definitely a good hostel to stay at, and would go again.
