This place is more like a HOTEL!! I mean its so awesome for the price you pay! U have EVERYTHING! I mean literally EVERYTHING! An awesome restaurant , pool , sauna , roof top terrace with an awesome view , There was some problem with my booking but the staff was so helpful that they made up for the confusion very well. I totally love this place and I recommend to give their Hostel in other cities as well a try. .

The hostel was clean and organized, I especially appreciated the computer room, for example. However, I did not have a blanket (it was not offered to me and it was unclear where I could get one) and was freezing all night. I noticed others had comforters but I had no idea where they came from.

Nice to have a steam room! But, the wifi rarely worked, and when it did it was too slow to accomplish anything. This was even the case in the lobby. It was very frustrating over our 5 night stay.

This is more like a hotel than a hostel: the facilities are very modern and clean. There is a bar in the basement along with many other useful utilities, but the noise did not carry to our room as we were on the third floor. The staff were friendly and the location is prime, in close proximity to both main city attractions, markets, and places for cheap food such as sushi. We had an ensuite room with our own little kitchenette which was just lovely.

6bed dorm: clean, modern, comfortable, shower and toilet separately which was handy. Big lockers for everyone. Friendly staff, maps, wifi only in common area. Walking distance from train and sights. Big hostel with over 300beds.

Great staff, great energy in the hostel. Able to relax or party, whatever you please. Only downside is that it is a bit further away than most other Florence hostels.

It sort of lacks common areas because the bar area closes when the bar closes, so if it's too cold on the roof terrace your only option is to keep drinking in reception or on the stairs... I reckon this place would be awesome in the summer with more people around, nicer roof terrace weather and hopefully less hoards of school kids (!). All in all though, a good option, and I'd probably come back if I found myself in Florence again. The room was great and the barman was very friendly...

The beds should be numbered, I left my cup at the bed desk for the next night and has been tossed away, there is no way to tell the cleaning stuff that you are staying, other than that to put all your belongings to the locker.

I was initially not impressed as my room was not ready when I checked in and the receptionist told me (without apologizing) that I could either wait 30-60 minutes or leave my luggage there (where they have signs that they are not responsible for stolen items...). Overall this place would be good if you are travelling in a group, but as a solo traveller it is just too big and has more a feel of a hotel than a hostel. Location was decent - 10 minute walk to the centre and train station.

It's definitely a mega-hostel, which = party hostel, which = I am glad I was only there for one night. It's very popular with school groups which means that it's hard to get sleep sometimes. It's farther from the city center than others, but the area it is in seems safe and nice, and there were lots of buses around so that wasn't an issue at all. The breakfast was pathetic, don't waste your money on that. I would definitely stay here again, but I'd book a whole room so it would be quieter.

Rooms are very well equipped. Bathrooms are available for every room and it helps in keeping them clean. Stuff was very helpful in every case. The problem is a lack of a kitchen. It was almost impossible to prepare own food. Nobody was also bothering about screaming and running bunches of teenagers, during the night. So unfortunately it was almost impossible to sleep because of the noise:/

I felt that the staff and facilities were great. The one downside for me was the presence of what seemed to be an Italian high school group. They made a lot of noise yelling and running through the halls. It felt odd to be surrounded by so many high schoolers. If I came back, I would do so with a larger group and avoid Italian holidays.

The hostel is great, has some things that any other have, but they are not very concern about the rooms, since is such a big hostel.

Staff friendly but no explanation about opportunities in the hostel. Room was ok but very nasty smell! Salt, chemical. not enough blankets, it was way too cold at night. Luxury of a swimming pool and sauna where very nice. The water was to cold. Sauna,Turkish bath and pooltables were good :).There were no changing rooms nearby the pool. so we walked with towels threw the hostel :(Towels that you can ONLY buy are very small!!Location is fine, view was very nice.

Very well located. Ensuites are nice and the in-room storage is fantastic. Staff are helpful. Great bar downstairs. To do laundry (wash and dry) is a bit steep. Would be better if it cost 4Euros to do both. Worth staying here if you visit Florence.

The hostel is nice and clean. It is great that they have sauna here!! Just think the bed lights could be a different type so i dont always disturb others when I turn it on (coz it basically light up the whole room...)

We had a great stay here. The directions to get to the hostel from Firenze SMN were easy to follow. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we arrived and answered our questions throughout our stay. The room we ended up in was exactly what we booked. Very clean, great set up, perfect for eight people. One of the nicest hostel experiences I've had in Europe thusfar!
