Thought this was a great place to stay. The swimming pool and spas were very cool additions. Along w the rooftop bar and lounge. Would be great to come in the summer months to hang out and meet people. The only problem I had was the limited staff. There were about 5 groups of people waiting to ask one question or check in. It was annoying. Also, the room was dirty when we came in with gross trash everything and dirty bathrooms. And the location is pretty far from the center.

Very good. Wifi was horrible.

The hostel is amazing it has everything. The only thing not so good was that the looker didn't seam very safe.

Plus Florence has great facilities, a nice restaurant and even a swimming pool available for the guests. It's also one of the only hostels that offer computers with internet for free. But the wifi sign is bad in the rooms.

Quite enjoyed our time here. Having a pool was awesome - such a rare extra! Room was clean. Some of the staff were nice but others weren't very friendly. Also it was a little frustrating when they would sometimes not open the bar or close it early. Well located. All in all we had a good stay.

This was great hostel. With the pool, Turkish bath and sauna were added touches. Bar and roof top terrace were awesome too. I stayed in low tourist season so didn't meet a lot of people and bar shut down early which I totally understand. Over all amazing stay and would stay again in the busy season. It would be a ton of fun!

Great value! Location, facilities, and staff all top-notch. However, food was overpriced and terrible. Wifi is strong in the rooms, steady hot water, and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I didn't particularly enjoy my stay here. I found the Hostel WAY too big and the staff was less than friendly. And no common room or kitchen so it was hard as solo traveler to meet people.

I enjoyed Plus Hostel! It was one of the nicer hostels I've seen and I plan to stay at more plus locations!

its only for party people, its huge so is very hard to getting to know people around. more like a hotel than a hostel. its designed for having lots of people. there is a pool, thats nice, but no kitchen, so forget about cooking yourself, thats not nice at all

Overall the staff was pleasent but I am told by my friend that while she was waiting for me as I went to put my stuff in my room the individual at the reception desk was rude. It was really nice that they have a computer room for guest. The free wifi was also nice. One thing that did not sit well with me was that when I went to my room, my bed seem to be have slept on and was not cleaned from the previous traveler... but overall I would def recommend this to a friend who is traveling.

Plus florence is a great hostel! It has a pool and a sauna and your paying nothing! It also has a rooftop which is great to watch the sunrise from after a big night! Very clean good rooms good bar. Wouldn't change a thing.

location is good. staff is good but no lock and no hairhyder no kitchen that's the big problem.

Good, but the computers and wifi need to be upgraded. Staff were very helpful and they had everything we needed right in the hostel.

The place is as big as a normal hotel, except for multiple people in each room. Not bad at all, it was really affordable and a great value for money. Didn't use much of the facilities, but the laundry is difficult to work with (only takes certain kinds of coins, old machines, etc.). If you are looking for a place to sleep and not much else, this is a great option. If you are looking for a crowded environment or local experience, you should look for other (more expensive) places
