One of us got given a 'makeshift' bed that did not look like it was made for the room. Awful night sleep for one of us.
Not a bad place. But very hard to meet people. No tours or pub crawls. Also not actually close to the train station. Long long walk. Ok location and ok rooms. Showers flooded really easily too
The Air Conditionning is horrible... The hostel is very big! And the facilities are really nice!
Nothing special. Just a big hotel with multiple beds in each room.
hostel plus florence is a hostel near the via nazionale and a few minutes to walk from the train station. it is a very comfortable, clean , amazing , good hostel. you have got a lot of things you can do there: day trips, walking tours, swimming-pool, bar, terrace, disco etc. the staff is very friendly and helpfull and do a lot for you and your pleasant stay.
Excellent hostel located a 10 min walk from the train station. 5 min walk from the dental market. Rooms big & comfortable. Bathroom clean. Good warm shower! Pool AMAZING!! So good to have a swim after a day of exploring. Bar good also. Atmosphere pretty good around the pool/bar area. Free maps on arrival. Staff friendly and helpful. Booked a half day winery tour to Chianti through the hostel - highly recommend!!! Thanks guys. Awesome hostel!
Large, clean room with 8 people felt spacious and safe!
Close to the rail station, cool little pool and bar area
fantastic hostel! arrived 5 hours early for check in but was allowed to use showers, bathrooms and was even given a towel. facilities were great and the rooms were brilliant, was in 4 bed "dorm" but the room seemed like something you could find in a nice hotel. great location (Florence is tiny anyway) from galleries, main sights and train station. The outside bar and pool area is awesome and I would love to come back here.
big hostel and good facilities. Seems to take reservations from all sorts of people/types. When I was there it seemed like there was a massive highschool booking and made me feel really old!!
This hostel was not what I expected. I spent alot of my time out of the hostel, partly because Florence is lovely, partly because the Hostel wasn't ideal. IT IS A PARTY HOSTEL. despite what other say, i was on the first floor and the basement club was thudding through the floor until 2am. It is also very popular with Americans and Australians, who were loud and brash. Again, good if you need a bed to crash, however if you are looking for a cultural holiday, book elsewhere.
Great location, only a few minutes walk from everywhere. The staff are great and our dorm was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the aircon was broken and after telling the staff multiple times they just insisted that it was working.
Hotel hostel but still in great location and helpful staff. Good computers but wifi was annoying since you needed an email to log in and needed to relogin each time. Also I had the top bunk that was really wobbly but hopefully they will tighten and fix it.
Great pool, with a waterfall and an outdoor bar. Lots of seating to enjoy outdoors. Rooms were air conditioned. There was a TV in our room - didn't turn it on though. Separate toilet and shower ensuite were clean. Room was spacious with huge lockers (like tall cupboards with ability to use your own padlock). Washing machines/ dryers great! Food was good, and reasonably priced - a lot of range. Rooftop area to hang out/ sun bake was nice. A few blocks walk to monuments.
The pool and bars were amazing!! Helpful staff and great vibe. The beds were a bit under par though. My friend's bed was broken.

I love my stay at Plus Florence! A nice and friendly staff to help you whith anything(and great English). Lovely pool area though not that big. Located so close to the train station and the city centrum which makes it easy to walk to all the attractions. The dorm was nice - big and with separate bath and shower. A nice big locker and your own reading lamp and plug with each bed. If I ever go to Florence again I would definitely stay here
Great hostel! I would highly recommend. It had great facilities and very clean. Very hard to find pool so that was a big plus and they had a gym and laundry. Overall a good place to spend a couple of days.
One of the coolest hostels we stayed at. It's a big hostel, six or seven stories tall. The rooftop patio was really enjoyable. Facilities also include a pool, bars, dancefloor, and cafeteria. Really good atmosphere especially going down to the bar/dancefloor at night. Breakfast was a bit expensive at six euro. Bit of a walk from the train station and the attractions of Florence but it is manageable. Easy to find.

Great hostel but busy so excellent if you want to meet lots of people. Great pool and apparently a gym too though we never found it. Nice staff and atmosphere. Quite loud at night. Reasonably close to train station.
