Rooms were very hot at night and you have to go down to reception to ask them to change the temperature which they don't actually do because it never made a difference. Restaurant meals were not great.
This place isn't too bad but it has a lot of faults. The pool and bar are really nice and the rooms are clean. The staff are terrible, absolutely terrible and need to all be changed for some more friendly people. Also one roll of toilet paper between 6 people for 2 days is not enough.
Cool place with a young vibe and atmosphere. Julio at the front desk was very helpful, and multilingual (5 languages). My room was a little warm (I thought there was an issue with the air conditioning), but then again the girls we were with thought it was just right. Yea, I'd recommend it for anyone trying to meet other people. Pool was decent and terrace had a good view. Cheers.

Was a nice place, good wifi alright walk from the train station. Food was alright and the room was a decent size with nice bathroom and shower.
Loved the place! It was easy to find with the given directions, the room was huge, clean and comfortable. Get to the pool area for a relaxing Spritz after a long day walking! Would absolutely stay here again.
Feels more like a hotel than a hostel and even has a swimming pool. The pool though is tiny and there are a lack of sunbeds. There is a terrace where you can see across the city and sunbathe. Rooms were quite spacious with air con. Would highly recommend.
My girlfriend and I stayed in a double private which actually was a 4 bunk (1 double bed) room that we had all to ourselves. It came complete with AC and its own toilet and shower which were fairly clean. The staff were somewhat helpful but not terribly good at managing the lines of backpackers at peak times. The pluses however, definitely overtake the cons since this place has its own bar, pool, and pool table which encourage meeting people and partying. Very fun place to stay in Florence!
Worst location possible, far from the train station, far from the city's center. Expensive room, ridiculously expensive breakfast, no place where you can cook for yourself. Might be okay if you like to blow a lot of money and relax indoors but a crappy place to be if you're just gonna sleep there.
Party hostel so if you actually wanted a night sleep do not bother with this place.
We were upgraded on arrival due to the hostel being fully booked so went from booking an 8 bed dorm to staying in a private 4 bed room with kitchenette and balcony! The hostel is clean and has good facilities with a bar inside and out, restaurant (didn't try the food) and the outdoor pool. The bar staff were friendly but the reception staff were quite brusque. It doesn't take much to be welcoming. A short walk and you're surrounded by the sights of beautiful Florence!
Overall really great hostel with everything you need in a good location.. Only negative was that some staff are quite rude, especially the outside bar tender with the pony tail.
Massive hostel/hotel about 10 minutes from the train station and the cathedral. Great beds, air con, swimming pool with bar attached! Happy hour every night and they have a restaurant with averagely priced average food (but there's plenty of really nice food in Florence so we usually ate out). Had an awesome time here, met lots of different nationalities and loved drinking on the rooftop terrace which had some of the best views of the city. Would definitely book again!
Ok hostel - very big so pretty hard so socialise and meet people. Toilet was partially broken and limited power sockets in room (mine was broken also) Otherwise decent for location etc
Great Hostel! Downstairs bar was lots of fun and the staff was very helpful. Bathrooms could have used a good cleaning but other than that it was very comfortable and perfect for just one night.
Security = poor. No card to enter building. Had a key for our room, but the door to the balcony accessible by anybody wouldn't lock. There is also no kitchen. We bought our own food but was denied basic things a typical traveller would need such as a bowl, cutlery, plates etc. Expensive breakfast looked great but for a backpacker, paying $7 every morning on top of eating out for lunch & dinner is the last thing you want. the hostel lacked atmosphere. Staff were nice. internet okay.
Reception is always busy and the staff don't really spend time dealing with your enquiry well, they always seem like they're in a rush to get rid of you. Also had a problem with the key cards, half the people in my rooms key cards didn't work. Also I wasn't told anything about the facilities, or the hostel, or anything to do in Florence which I don't believe was good service. The rooms have an old fashioned feel to them, for the price I paid I don't think it was worth it.
It was very nice that there was air conditioning, although the temperature was a little too cold for my taste. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice that there was a restaurant as it was convenient after a long and tiring day of sightseeing in Florence.

No hostel but hotel!! If you are used to stay in hostelsand like it this might not be the right place for you... They don't have a kitchen, the washing maschine is 4€ (!!) and what was so sad was that the stuff was extremely rude!! The hotel is okay but just because of the stuff I cannot recommend to go there! They acted like they don't care about us at all and gave us the feeling that we had to apologize for asking to check us in.. I felt really sorry for that because this is their.. Job!!
There definitely needs to be more lounge chairs bought for around the pool. We always had to wait on the tables outside for one and we saw many people simply turning around and leaving because none were available
