Good value for money, especially for early/late flight as nearby airport rail station. However, after midnight the place is not very suitable for female solo to walk around.

Very clean hostel and comfortable beds! You can hear everything in the other dorm rooms. It is very close to KL Sentral, but the area in pretty dodgy at night.

Location is close to KL sentral so it's easy to take public transport. Reception opened 24 hrs therefore was able to check in for my late arrival as well as check out for my early morning flight. Aircond was functioning (7pm-7am). Has wifi but didnt use it. Water heater worked fine

I had a great time there for relaxing, unwinding, shopping, using it as a base. Most facilities are within walking distance, especially the train station and monorail and busses from the airport..The staff were always helpful. Coffee at all times of the day and night is great. The internet was also very useful for checking and making bookings etc. I was especially thankful for the staffs understanding, when I had a snake bite in Japan and was able to further check facts etc. on the internet etc.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and welcoming. But it was nearly impossible to sleep. I had a private "room" but because the walls only go up halfway to the ceiling it was worse than a typical dorm room. Instead of sharing the space with less than 10 people you share it with the entire floor and can hear everything, including whispers and zippers and walking. You can see everyone's lights as well which were on all night.

Nice location and clean rooms with free wi-fi connection. The staffs were very friendly too. But it would be better if there are proper walls between the rooms. Because if there are some guests talking in the next room at night you can hear everything and could be sleepless.

Friendly staff, hostel is close to the metro so it's easy to move around. Loved that the local food market was just around the corner.

I LOVE this hostel! I stay here whenever I have an early flight from KLIA2. I've never stayed long enough to know if it has a social vibe, but it has everything else. Towels, breakfast (even if it's not technically breakfast hours), lockers, GREAT location. You can even take a nap in their common room if you don't plan on staying longer than 6hrs. Can't be beat!

Good location for getting the bus or klia ekspress, however, there's no point in paying extra for the single room as the walls (more like a divider) are so thin you may as well be in the dorm and they turn the lights out at 11pm. The staff were friendly and quick to help. I would advise this for anyone on their way home looking for a place close to the airport!

Find it a great place to stay in KL - I stay lots of times - always impressed ! Very clean and quiet and excellent location !! Food, transport, culture - all on tap !! Very friendly and easy going !! Enjoyed my many stays there ! Not a typical backpacker party place - considerate of all !!

It was so cheap. I live in single private room with window, I like this room was confortable for me. But near the hostel there are a little scared at night. But It's ok just beside MyHotel(?) securities are standing at night.

2 main points to stay there which covers all the disadvantages:1st - the location, its just 2 minutes by walking from KL sentrall bus and metro staiton, its easier to stay with your backpack close to the staiton first and go to the city center after all, and 2nd and most important - the atmosphere there, you come to the hall and feel you are like everybody around is your friend, the people, the staff. So much cozy and friendly place (especially the platform to relax in that hall :) )

I really enjoyed the concept of this hostel, but the execution is rather poor. The location is truly unbeatable, and the common room/lounge has all thebackpacker needs. Upstairs it's a different story. It's not that the pods lack privacy but rather sound-proofing, so those giggling girls or that guy who wrapped all his laundry in plastic bags will still disturb your sleep even if you ha a private room. The beds are mere mattresses, and the showers achieve the "rustic" look they're looking for.

Everything was very good, especially the professionalism/courtiousness of the staff. Only and major drawback is that card payment is not possible. Rectify this and we will have a superb package.

Only stayed here one night. I had a slightly below average experience, but it was ok. Bathroom was really gross, I didn't want to use the toilets because they were disgusting. The rooms aren't really separated from each other, so if someone is awake talking etc, you can hear them because the walls don't connect to the roof. Beds are really basic and small, considering I stayed in other backpacker hostels for the same price and had better experiences. The location is easy to get to from airport.

Good place to stay with a nice relaxing lounge area. The rooms all have open lighting, so if you are coming in late all the lights are off. The staff was helpful, main staff are foreigners. Great location close to KL Sentral station.
