Except that the rooms are too small to resemble any dorm in the country, this hostel is perfect.

Cool place, nice staff, but it's not quite fair for the hostel to advertise separate six-bed and eight-bed rooms. Since the walls between rooms do not go all the way to the ceiling and there are no doors, it's like sleeping in a big room with 20 people. Also, the rooms are very, very tight.

The staff where amazing and helpful... they gave a thorough introduction to what to see (and what places are sketchy and to avoid) in San Francisco. The place was incredibly clean, even the tiny corners and nooks! Even breakfast was included, so the value is better than hostels in a worse location. Will be visiting again to be sure.

Best hostel I've stayed in. The blurb on the site says it all - the facilities are good but it is the staff and atmosphere that make it so good. Recommended particarly for those traveling alone or small groups
