Located in a perfect spot if you're only staying in Dubai for 1 or 2 nights, as it is about 15mins by taxi to the airport (when traffic is low at about 6am). If you stay any further away, then you will need to allow several hours to get to the airport.

Probably not the best end of town situated in Deira. I would recommend to spend a little more to ensure that you are on the nice side of the creek. Deira is also very hard to navigate if you hire your own car.
