Reservation system of hostelworld.com should be changed. We had to indicate our arrival time, which was friday after midnight, which resulted in no reservation for friday night (because it interpreted it as an arrival on saturday). Change it in such a way that saturday morning until 6:00 am is still reckoned as friday for example. The hostel helped us out very good, so credits for them.

An traditional hostels with peeling paint and massive rooms, but who cares. Its a bit of a walk from town and has no lockers but its good value and has a great kitchen area. Its very communal alot of fun and the staff are great, especially Ronja (ask her to trach you to dance!)

For the price we paid, it was definitely worth every penny! Belfast isn't that big, so most places were within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the place was well heated which was great especially in the cold weather. Showers were heated as well :) and there was toast and cereals for everyone in the morning which is good too!

It was a shame that the communal areas were locked at 11.30pm and then for 2 hours during the day - where there's nowhere else to go, but otherwise was great!
