The staff was very rude and unhelpful. They were with the feet in the table without moving, without smiling or anything. They were not kind at all... the worst staff I've meet ever. The room smell very bad, and it was uncleaned, full of things in the closet, plastics and rubish in the floor. The bed smell very bad too, it was very disgusting. The windows did not close completely and the street was very noisy. We ask for tolilet paper and the staff said we should go to another toilet with paper.

The included Paddy Wagon tour to the Giants Causeway package if you stay at least three nights was an amazing deal. The free breakfast every morning was satisfying and the heaters worked wonderfully.

Had all the atmosphere and good cheer of a meth house. Only thing was it was significantly dirtier than most meth houses. The staff was less helpful than your average DMV employee. That ones for americans.

Great place to stay for young backpackers. The staff are friendly, it's quite close to the city center, very cheap, and includes a great tour of the Giant's Causeway. It will be better once the renovations are finished!

Clean just enough, and not so social environment, but apart from that excellent location (2 min from university campus, and 10 minutes from Glengall St. station) and facilities for the price

No curtains in the bedroom, dirty carpet, empty beer bottles in wardrobe. Staff were dismissive in general, dust everywhere from workmen- I appreciate this will be remedied in future but no effort was made at all. Bathroom facilities were dysfunctional. Good for a cheap last minute booking- in that it's better than the street- but had you a good box for staying on a street it would be adequate competition for this 'palace'.
