Great place with friendly people! Breakfast was a little lame.. toast... just toast. Rooms were really nice. Bathrooms and hot water were good but did have to pull the hair out of the drain :S We drove and were able to park right out the front!Great place with friendly people! best hostel I've stayed in. The hostel was really clean, the beds were confortable and the showers always have presure and hot water! To top this deal off, the price was more than decent, and breakfast is included. The location is great, close to everything, and it's safe for women travelling alone to walk around. This is all without forgetting to mention the amazing staff! They are very friendly and helpful, and full of great ideas! Hostel is ok. There were no staff working when we arrived on a Saturday, which was quite odd. Bathrooms are a bit dirty and toilet's don't flush probably. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Friendly and helpful staff. They knew my name even though I had never met them before. I like that. You get a lot for the money you pay; free breakfast and free Internet. I had a busy schedule in Derry and didn't spend a lot of time in the hostel, but I got a very good feeling about the hostel and would definitely recommend it to others. Friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed at the hostel before. enjoyed our stay as the location is ideal. Also very clean. Reception staff was unproffesional, as there was nobody to check us out the next morning. Finally a staff member arrived, to give us our key deposit after ringing the bell and waiting half an hour. we even asked this member of staff if she workes there, as she was sleeping on the couch, she said no and continued sleeping. this was 8 o'clock. almost missed our bus and flight back to scotland.
