the rooms being in a separate building as kitchen and common room was a bit of a hassle. Internet didn't reach the third floor rooms. not the best but certainly not the worst

The airport bus doesn't run 364 days a year as listed on their website, no apology from their staff and the website still hasn't been updated

My stay at Paddy's Palace Dublin was absolutely wonderful, bar the bathroom experience... that wasn't too pleasant, I don't think they were cleaned daily :-( but besides that, I would definitely go back :-)

We were a group that stayed at Paddy Palace. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Def excellent location close to everything. The StaFf were all very helpful. If you really looking for value for money this is the place to be.

My only reason for booking this hostel was the airport tranfer which should run every day. This was written down on the internet site. Unfortunately there was no airport transfer on the 24th in the morning, so I was in trouble to go to the airport. If this service does not run on the 24th of December there should be some notice on the internet. I also found that the location of the hostel is too noisy for sleeping.

Top scores! An absolutely GREAT hostel, been here several times before, and I'll be back!!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Location was good and right by bus station so you could easily get to the airport and elsewhere in Ireland! Also liked how Paddywagon Tours were so convenient! My only complaints would be getting in after dark (had to find a security guard to unlock front door because it's a separate building)! Also, luggage room was down a set of stairs and in a back room; just forewarning if you have lots of bags!

I would not stay at this hostel ever again. For a extra 10euro's I booked into a 3 star hotel around the corner!!! So much better. In the 2bed hostel room I booked, there was not mirror, the room was freezing with not heating. And in the building we were in there was not water or sanitation when we were there!!! I was not not impressed at all!!!!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and warm considering the time of the year I stayed in there. The staff were extremely helpful and the free airport bus extremely convenient. Only slight inconvenience was that the main reception and the bedroom were in different buildings. Altogether would definitely recommend.

Staff were super, super friendly! Took a great tour that left right from the hostel, and got free airport shuttle service. WiFi was spectacular—could reach it from the rooms. Still, I feel like I've received the same service from hostels that charged less per night . . .

Friendly, helpful staff, quiet rooms, free internet/wi-fi and free airport shuttle. Within walking distance of everything important. Not the nicest hostel I've stayed at, but you can't beat the price.

Had a lovely stay here, staff were very friendly and got some needed breakfast before going to my hospital appointment early in the morning. Only negative thing I would have to comment on is the room was cold and it was a very cold night in December. I'll stay again though!

Extremely annoying having to get staff to unlock door to dorm area every time you go to your room. Fire alarms going off frequently in the middle of the night was also annoying.

A budget hostel like they used to have 10 years ago, with few extras. Annoying that the reception is in a different building to the dorms and to get in you have to buzz reception every time. Our visit was marred by a suspected gas leak, which meant everyone was moved to different rooms in the middle of the night. We rocked up about midnight from temple bar to be told to re pack and move all our stuff to a different building. Location not bad and staff were mainly helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice and close to the bus station. Room and bathrooms were very clean and tidy.
