A very hospitable hostel, centraly located, free acces to computer with internet. A free shuttle bus from and to the airport- we've felt as we coming to the family! The staff was a great, friendly, helpful and patient- I just learn English. Clean, comfortable beds with clean sheets. There is a shortape of power outlets near to bed. A bit noisy from cars and train passing it wasn't problem to us. The most wonderful thing was a free tour to Glendalough, Brownshill Dolmen and Kilkenny! Thank you!

The room door would not close properly and the breakfast was a bit boring. You should include some fruit too.

It would be nice to have mirrors in every dorm room and bathroom.

great hostel location wise and fine in terms of a place to sleep. I have stayed before and the bathrooms were lovely but this time around they were messy and the sinks were completely blocked preventing you from both washing your hands and brushing your teeth

It was more than useful that there was a free shuttle bus to the airport. Especially the fact that you don´t have to search for the bus stop as the staff picks you up at the hostel is great. So I did not run in danger of missing the bus and also my flight. Another handy advantage was the supplied computer where internet access was offered for free.

The Paddywagontours I have only good words for but the paddywagon hostels we stayed in not so much..In Derry we were not provided with sheets while we have asked two times and he said he would leave them infront of our door. It's a bit annoying that at almost every paddy hostel you have to keep holding the shower button for water to come out. The paddywagon hostel of Dublin was the best of them all.. I hope you will give some attention to the other paddy hostels.

I stayed here beacuse i did a paddywagon tour (which was AMAZING) but the hostel its self was dirty and the staff were very rude, when i was in the common room area, the staff were on facebook and ignored their clients, the manager was also very rude and was angry at his staff, this made staying quite awkward.. WIFI only works in the common room area which closed at 1130 which i think is too early... apart from the paddywagon tour i was not impressed with this hostel!

For most part, it was good. If you are in the main building i guess its better as in the other part you had to get someone from the office to come and open the door. No keys were provided for the main entrance of the secondary building. As I was there 4 days it got a bit annoying. The staff is not very friendly du to overwork.

Our bus driver the first day was absolutely horrible. He didn't know where he was going and our tour guide, Joe, had to keep correcting him and giving him step-by-step directions (which he often ignored). I would never ride with that bus driver again. We, as a group, were very upset that the hostel for the 2nd night was not booked in advance and we had to stay at the Randy Leprechan in the middle of no-where. We paid for that hostel and got screwed over due to a lack of planning. Unacceptable.

Overflowing bin, incredibly loud roommates at 5am and an overpowering smell that gave the room a horrible environment. On the floor i stayed on had 2 bathrooms with one shower & one toilet in each for at least 5 rooms which held 10-12 beds in each - completely insufficient and disgusting. Will not recommend.

Very central location, friendly staff and our room (4 people, mixed room, ensuite bathroom) was nice and clean. The stairs were a challenge somewhat - it's better to leave your hard-top-cases at home and rather go for a travelling bag ;) But apart from that I can only recommend it!

push button showers were terible.. the water was far too hot and you are unable to change the temperature... other than that no complaints about the hostel.

After booking private twin share accommodation we were very disappointed to be provided with an extremely small room that was only just large enough to fit a double bunk bed (single size) It should be better advertised that the accommodation is stickly low cost hostel style not to be confused in anyway with standard B&B accommodation.
