The staff were so nice and welcoming! The hardest thing was that none of our taxi drivers knew where it was located! So it was hard to find. I suggest investing in a big sign to put on the door- because there wasn't clear marking. Overall I loved this place! It was just getting there that was difficult.

There was no security at all in the rooms which was concerning. The sheets in the rooms where dirty and did not fit the beds. It pretty much you get what you way for. There where no towels and you had to pay for showers. The location was great and the staff when you saw them had a smile. We asked for an all male room which did not happen. But that wasn't a deal breaker. It was good for the expirence. Athens was amazing

Good location in a non-touristy area of Athens, but yeat in walking distance of the Acropolis and of the center of the city. Pretty quiet. Wish there was lockers in the room. They could update the bed linen: holes in the sheets = time for a change! The place is clean tough.

I. You must pay for hot water. II. It's at least a 45 minute walk to Syntagma, so take the bus. III. There was an unexpected 10 euro "security deposit" upon arrival. IV. The lady working there is nice. V. The hostel is small and cramped, but has a lot of plants and open air and you can tell people have travelled. Overall it's an okay place, but somewhere a little closer would be my future bet.

About a 30 minute walk to the Acropolis, but in a nice neighborhood near a great bakery. The staff were very nice and friendly. There is an equipped kitchen for residents to use, and the walls are covered with sayings left by previous residents. Everything was clean and the bathroom trash was taken out multiple times per day. Have to pay 50 cents for hot water, however. We were given fresh linens and blankets for our beds. Very cozy. Met some great people!

I stayed in Pagration Touth Hostel three nights. It was pretty cheap and therefore the poor standard and the poor atmosphere were okay, but if you are looking for more than just a cheap accomodation I won't recommend this Hostel! It was pretty cold during the night, it is not well heated! No lockers in the room. 10€ deposit for the key. In case you are leaving early in the morning you have to return the key in the evening and hence you are left without a key washing mashine is 4€

Miriam could not have been more helpful. I really liked the green plants in the hallway.

Stayed there only for 1night.The location is a bit far from Santygma square if you decide to reach the hostel on foot. The kitchen is super small and looks a bit messy. If u wish to have a shower you have to pay 50cents for the 7minutes of the hot water. We actually found it quite funny and didn't have a problem with that. The staff is extremely friendly.

If you're looking for just a place to sleep this place will work. But if you want to be close to any bars or fun places don't stay here because you will walk a long way to get there and Athens can be a hard place to navigate if you are only there for a weekend.

The rooms were freezing because they only kept the heat on from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. The hostel staff was very nice and the room was clean!

Overall an awesome hostel!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hostel. Not central but definitely not far. Its like 20min walking to the main archeological sites. Come on, that's nothing. Walking doesn't hurt anyone and you get to know the streets and maybe stumble upon something interesting. Would come back again for sure.

Great hostel! It has everything a good hostel should have: really nice and helpful staff, it's very clean and I felt safe and secure there. The door can only be opened by people who have a key for it, so there's no possibilities for strangers to just come in. It's not directly in Athens centre, but public busses go regularly and are cheap, plus its only 10mins by bus. I would definately recommend staying there, this place has good vibes!

By far one of the best hostels I've stayed in! Great staff make you feel at home, but the place itself just has something special about it that makes you love it :) It's basic, but at such a cheap price it has everything you need like a kitchen to cook in and is safe, clean and friendly. Hope to return some day!

One of my favorite hostels to stay in. Nothing special about the facilities, but the atmosphere and staff were excellent. Location could be better, but the staff was more than willing to help you find your way.

Was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but we were only staying one night on our way through so thought "what the hell, why not". Was a hostel I'd comfortably go back too. Good kitchen and bathrooms. 50 cents for a shower is fine, look how cheap the hostel is!!! Locations not that bad, you can easily walk 20min into town, but if your lazy the buses are good too. Only complaint is that the beds we got were a bit old and banana shaped.

The hostel is located too far outside the city center. Since public transport is so unreliable, you're pretty much forced to take a taxi. They are relatively cheap, but just adds to your expense. The showers weren't very clean and having to pay for hot water was annoying. If you want a hot shower for longer than 7 minutes, you have to jump out, put more money in and get back in. Staff was friendly enough. No atmosphere, seemed hard to meet people if you're a solo traveler.
