Loved the bar, huge lockers and huge showers, met some really nice people. Staff misinformed us about a boat ticketing situation once, which was pretty inconvenient.

fine for a night or two, but I can't help feeling it's largely profit driven rather than interested in customer service. The staff were constantly upselling, from towels to tours and transfers, and weren't particularly welcoming or friendly. They also only accept cards for a 2% surcharge which wasn't made clear when booking. They have obviously invested in cosmetics - making a quirky trendy looking hostel - but the plug socket by my bed was broken so maybe a case of style over substance?

Amazing big comfty beds, staff were helpful, good bar on the evenings. Only downside is there isn't a huge amount to do in Krabi town, good stop over though

Krabi town isn't all too special. But this hostel makes a real effort. Clean, modern, well located near the pier area. This is a good value hostel that really tries to get its guests involved etc... Recommended!

One of the best hostels in SEA. Very clean, good showers and toilets, nice bar (bit extensive though). Good location to start activities around Krabi

Pak-up was the best hosel I stayed in the entire 7 weeks I was travelling Thailand. The rooms are so clean and you are provided with lockable draws in your room so no ones belonging are strewn around and it's locked away safely. The bathrooms are great, heaps of shower and toilet stalls so you never have to wait. The bar out the back was heaps of fun and the hostel itself had activities on every night. I recommended Pak-up to everyone I met after my 3 nights in Krabi!

Great hostel with a solid vibe. Hostel bar is awesome for meeting other people if your a solo traveller. Close to the pier for long boats to other beaches.

Perfect hostel! Big clean beds with your own light, plug in, shelf. Good AC, clean bathrooms, good bar on main floor with organized games every night. Good street food just down the road. Planned to stay one night and stayed three! Would 100% recommend.

Best hostel I've stayed in so far, would totally recommend it :)

Awesome hostel, it's a party place but it's also a nice place to chill. Great vibe, good people and staff. Themed nights are good fun. Getting a bed can be hard sometimes as this a popular hostel. Rooms are great and the beds comfy! Many nice little restaurants and bars around. Highly recommend staying here!

The biggest negative of this hostel is the staff. They aren't very young, don't get out of their way to be helpful, and overprice all their tours and taxi bookings to make a sizable commission (many hostels don't do this and just provide bookings as a hospitable service). The showers are fine but the toilet seats are old and browning. The social scene is excellent as there is a nice bar at the hostel. The beds are nice, despite their close proximity to each other. Terrible Wifi - almost unusable

Nice, huge, modern style hostel. Perfect facilities.

VERY clean overall, always saw cleaning staff mid day. Comfortable beds for Thailand, comfy sheets. Good air con, not too cold. Staff were very professional and helpful. Close to the pier to go to islands and can rent good quality scooters to go around to sight see. Was sick for a few days so I didn't check out the bar downstairs but I hear it's really good and great for meeting people, also I couldn't hear the music from my room. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Great place by the docks. Best beds I have stayed in on my trip. Definitely recommend.

Great hostel within walking distance to the pier for ferries to the islands. Has one of the best bars on Krabi but doesn't disturb any of the rooms if you're wanting a rest. Really clean, lots of showers and staff are really helpful arranging tours and onward transport. Only downside is Krabi is so quiet but great for a break after Phi Phi!

A real party hostel with large dorms. Great location, near the bus station and night market. Chill lounge, and bars where you meet many new people. No kitchen to prepare your own food, but plenty of restaurants and coffee places around. No curtains around your bed, so not a lot of privacy. The rooms should be cleaned every day at 3pm, however, cleaning ladies woke me up at 11am (I was sick). It's quite expensive, and excursions to the beaches are not cheaper than other agencies.

This hostel is ridiculously close to a lovely night market. There are men who organize ferrys and taxis for day trips to places like Railay and Au Nang right across the street from the hostel. Which makes it so easy! The place was clean with bean bag chairs and beer. What else could you need? The staff was helpful if you had any questions. The showers weren't in the same stall as a toilet, which is always a plus! The beds were beyond comfy. The Playhouse bar could lower its price though:)

Wonderful hostel!! It's everything I look for in a hostel and more. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the beds were large and comfortable, there were huge lockers for bag storage, many areas for socializing, and the place was spotless. A great spot to pause before island hopping, but a destination itself! The atmosphere was great and the building has an interesting and modern design. Near street food and many cafes. 10/10 would recommend again, and look forward to coming back myself.

Great location, everything you need is at the door step. Ao Nang is a short bus trip away & the long boats to Railey beach are 50m down the road. It's easy to get to from the airport too. The hostel is suited at a younger crowd but quiet enough upstairs to get a good nights sleep. The water stopped working intermittently on the 3rd floor which was inconvenient at times however this was fixed. The staff are friendly & offered help when booking and giving advice when asked.

2nd time staying here & just the same great staff as before, keep up the good work
