The hotel was dingy and depressing - and not very clean. My bed had springs that came through the sheets and caught my legs. The staff were OK but not madly helpful (although it may have been easier if I had spoken Thai). The location is fairly convenient - and accommodation adequate - but can't really be any more positive than that.
