Loved this place! Quiet, out of town, stunning views. Very easy to get into the city, 20min max travel time. Breakfast decently priced at 4.90euro. Rooms nice because it's 4 people max. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds comfy. Plenty of storage space. Can walk around outside. No kitchen facilities at all :(

Pros: friendly personnel, superb view on the nature and the city from the window, clean bathroom and clean sheets for the bed, fresh air due to location, breakfast included that was better quality than expected given the price of the room, free parking, perfect temperature in the room. Cons: no beds for 2 persons, very bad sound isolation of the room so everyone going outside the door will wake you up, bad smell in common hallway, a bit far from the city.

The road between hotel and hostel is dark at night. This should be improved.

Hostel is far from city centre, we were aware of this before booking. Although the owner would not let us burrow the phone to confirm a train booking. He was very rude and unhelpful!!!

Even though this hostel is a little bit out of tbe city it has stunning views of the city. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hostel so getting anywhere is super easy. The rooms were nice and clean along with the bathrooms. The staff, Alex in particular, was extremely helpful. Would have been nice to have a proper kitchen. Highly recpmmend.

It's way out of the city center (30 minutes with bus and metro?) but perfect for us who wanted a nice and quiet evening with no people at all. The view is amazing and they have terrace. Really good breakfast included! Obs! They have a different name, they're called Sclossenherberge or something.

If a family friendly hostel in the middle of nowhere is what your looking for, this would be it. If your a young traveller looking to see the city and meet people, keep scrolling. Unless you're traveling with a car I'd advice against this hostel, public transport took 30 minutes to get to the centre and the nearest food store is 3km away. Wifi was pretty dismal. The view from the hostel was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved this hostel! Such a nice relaxing, quiet atmosphere with an amazing view of the city! Staff was incredible, rooms were clean, wifi worked great throughout the hostel including the rooms. Great recommendations on food from staff and very clear instructions on how to get to the hostel! Will return on my next trip!

Hostel is very nicely located for those who like quite places... on the city border of Vienna, right next to old palace and large forests, with great view on the city. Staff was really nice, smiling, english speaking, helped with everything. Rooms was cleaned every day, facilities was pleasant, same as free breakfasts, we really enjoyed staying here. There was only one negative... very noisy doors and people who can't close them silently (especially in the morning).

Bit of a trek to get to but nonetheless lovely hostel with great views of the city below. Decent breakfast provided and ample activities on offer. 7/10 would hostel again.

Lovely staff, especially the blond girl. Sorry I've forgotten her name.

As far as I could gather, Palace Hostel was the old servants quarters for a modern palace. The rooms are small with only 4 beds each, and each has it's own bathroom. There are lockers in the rooms and everything was quite clean. Not a lot of activity in the hostel, but the view of Vienna from the hillside was wonderful. The hostel is located several kilometers outside of the city, but it only takes a few minutes to get there on the public transport. Great value for the money. I'd recommend them.

Was such a nice place to relax and unwind with the woods around you; however it's a little far from the city and there is no atmosphere in the hostel. Great rooms and grounds

certainly not a party hostel but we were there for one night and it was really enjoyable. The view is amazing and the man behind the desk was so kind and helpful. would definitely come back.
