- Exellent location between Victoria Station and Buckingham (10 mins walk to each). - Room, bathroom and kitchen were absolutly clean (Provide towels, bed sheet, quilt for each person). - Livingroom is very little for 4 persons but it's good if you stay only to sleep. But beds were very inconfortable (don't move too much if you don't want to break it). - Don't wait for a staff presence.

The location is simply funtastic! It was almost impossible to contact the staff (1st to collect the keys 2nd to tell them about difficulties with opening the door) I value staff as "poor". The entry phone did not work - that's the reason for "poor" security. The place is highly recommended if one wish to explore London without spending much time in the appartment. It's really tiny, but clean and well kept. It is foreseen for max. 4 people but there were only 3 mugs, 2 plates, 2 bowls etc.

Great location and value! Called the agent to replace the lightbulb in the washroom and she said she would send someone down. However that did not happen and we checked out the next day, but I understand it is hard to get a replacement within such short notice. Other than that, great value and location! :)

Excellent, clean apartments. The only problem was with the average wifi, often poor signal.
