Palafito Sur is a Hostel in Castro, in a traditional fishermen neighbourhood in Chile.
Our Reception desk is only open from 8 in the morning to 12 midnight.
We have rooms available for 2, 3 or 4 people, sheets included, all have shared bathrooms.
Groups or families including people under 18 must rent the whole room.
A complete breakfast is included in your rates.
We also offer laundry service, towels renting, free Wi-fi service and a comfortable kitchen with dining area and lounge.

Located right on the water, you won't find a hostel in Castro with a more stunning view than Palofito Sur. The beds appeared to be nearly brand new, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Walking around Castro, you'll see hostel signs for as cheap as 2.500 CLP (5 USD) per night, so if you're looking to go as cheap as possible, there are other options that might suit you better. But if you can spend a bit more, Palofito Sur is 100% worth the money.
