Bed and Breakfast in private rustic cabins.In Tulum Town 10 minutes (car) from the beach very close to the Bus station and main avenue. In Tulum Downtown
Palapas Tulum is a .clean and quiet place to rest, operated by french& mexican owners,
Double and Queen size beds in private cabins or
Shared Mixed Dorm (Max. 6 people)
Important. If you are a single traveler you must consider that in low season you may be our only guest.
Breakfast: Fresh juice, Cereal, Bread, Jam, Mexican Coffee or Tea.

We have two locations, Cabins with shared toilet with few persons,close to bus station (WiFi) or cabins with private ensuite (mayan style) only 7 streets from main avenue Downtown. Wifi available for both of them locations
we do provide linen, but please remember to bring your own towel.

We do not have partial or total cancelation, if you cancel within 72 hours prior your arrival, you will be charge for the total amount for all the nigths you reserved. If you do it with more than one week no charges aplies.

Latest Review
We stayed arrived late at night and stayed one night at the location nearer the main strip. The room was basic and was quite noisy. The next night, we moved to the location 7 blocks from the strip. Much quieter, nicer room, though it was beneficial to rent bikes to save us from having to walk 8-9 blocks to get anywhere. Pierre was a great host! Would recommend this hostel would definitely recommend requesting the farther location, which is set in a beautiful garden.
