I am very disappointed regarding the host professionalism.I booked a db room l paid the reservation fee (10%) of the total value, remaining that the difference amount will be paid at the arrival. Because |I forget to print the confirmation when we arrived we paid the full price. I got home found my reservation e-mail, I obtained the doc from the bank and I repeatedly requested for the return of the difference (by e-mail) but I didn't received any response. I am ignored and this is unfair
