Pierluigi the owner was extremley hospitable. He told us where to go to eat with discounts. Petruca restaurant was v nice. He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Room was big and clean overlooking one of main streets within the inner walls. Would v much reccomend staying. Thanks Pierluigi

It's a historic house which is one of the five oldest buildings of the city. The owner is kind and friendly, but his staff doesn't speak English well and took me 30 mins to park my car. The location is good just in the front door of the city. It's a great place to stay when u have budget limited.

Beautiful palace. The place was huge. The landlord and landlady were extremely friendly and helpful with tips of what to do during our stay. The room was clean but unfortunately there was a problem with the drains and the smell was over powering. They are doing renovations so Im not sure if this was making the drains worse. Despite this we had a pleasant stay.

Nice reformed antique building which still conserves its essence inside the historical centre of San Gimignano. Staff was very helpful. Due to extreme weather conditions during winter room was a bit cold, but still the place was really enjoyable.
