We arrived to find that the staff could not speak proper English and when we asked if the man could organise a bus ticket to Casablanca, he booked the bus which we specifically didn't want. He also had poor hygiene! When we arrived back at midnight, we could not get in the front door as the receptionist was asleep! We had to ring the neighbours bell and call the hotel from there. And the shower head did not work properly, flooding the bathroom.
