It was a big plus points for they offered us another room that's available for us us to check in early since we arrive at 9 am. The staff were very helpful in accomodating all our requests from getting a taxi in an instant, to taking care of our perishable goods. The only inconvenience was the wifi in our room coz the network can be access near the door only :-(

Well we came from the airport and went directly here at 6am only to find out that the room that we reserved was not actually available but the night before it said it was.. they should have checked their Hostelworld emails first.. so we had to go around Cebu until 11am when we were all to groggy to tread around so we hoped there was a room for us and fortunately there was.

we stayed a few nights as we also booked with agoda, exec roooms fantastic, delux could do with briter lick of paint, and water heaters need renewing as for traveling back to uk from cebu shower luck warm not good for 2 day travel,but nice homely pension house breakfast great , maily the shower was down fall to the pension house, in delux room

The staff and service was excellent!!! Had to leave to get to the airport at 4.30 am, and they arranged wake-up call, breakfast at 4 am and a taxi on time. Was upgraded form a deluxe room to a executive room without extra costs. Free wi-fi in the room. We enjoyed staying there!

This is only the second negative review I had to write in all the places that I have booked. Didn't know there was free breakfast until I was checking out as someone was checking in. The bathroom was dirtier than I could tolerate. I actually ended up going and getting cleaning supplies the night I got there and cleaning it myself. The location wasn't the best and you have to walk a little bit even to get a taxi. I asked the staff to call one for me, they seemed annoyed.

Palazzo was amazing, more like a hotel than a hostel. The staff was extremely helpful and down right funny. The food was also great. Breakfast is included, you just order the night before. It's further away from the airport but has an okay location. Anywhere that you need to get is about a 10-15 minute jeepney ride away.

The rooms at PP are more like hotel rooms. Flat screen TV with satellite system. The food was very good, the staff very friendly and competent. I would highly recommend PP to everyone.

This place was really good... compare to all the comments that we read previously from other hostels in Cebu... I believe that we did a good choice, it's a really clean place, the location it's convenient from the Ferry terminal and Airport... so it was perfect for our needs.
