The staff is really helpful and friendly. The room and bath is clean, breakfast okay (typically English breakfast). The kitchen is a little bit small for cooking, but the microwave and oven are good to use. Bus stop in front of the hostel, buses also going all night long. All in all, I can recommend this hostel.

The hostel is very nice. The bathrooms and the bedrooms were very clear during my stay, and both mattress and pillow were very comfortable. The common areas are very comfortable too. I haven't to worry about security, because they have lockers, luggage storage and CCTV cameras. The wi-fi doesn't work in the top floors, so this could be a bit of annoying. The staff was OK. The Pub is very cool and the atmosphere of the place is very exciting!

We've previously stayed (many times) at the other PL hostel at Swiss Cottage. This was a very good alternative, with everything we've come to expect from Palmers Lodges. We'll be back!

Would not recommend if traveling by yourself. If you are a social butterfly you might be alright but I would have gone somewhere else. Overall they were clean (bed and baths). You had a private bed which is nice. Bus station is right outside the door and metro few blocks away from the center. Great price.

It was a great hostel for a night in with the family. Pretty far out in the suburbs, so not good for going out or doing much in town, but very nice staff and cool hangout/bar/dining area!

What a field trip factory! The young kids totally took over the place - not so relaxing for the others, to be honest.

It was my first experience in a 22bed mixed dorm and it was better than I expected. Bathrooms and toilets are really clean and I get my privacy. Friendly people and really worth the money.

I'd easily stay here again & it's up on the same level of quality as its sister hostel at Swiss Cottage. Being a little further out of London maybe meant that it wasn't too busy on a Friday night. I had a 4-bed dorm to myself! The staff were friendly and dealt with my only query quickly. The room and the facilities were pretty faultless, the showers were especially clean & well looked after (not all hostels I've stayed at can boast this). The free breakfast was most welcome too. Many thanks.

I needed to check in before 2pm and received a basement locker. When I opened the locker that was assigned to me, it was full of someone else's stuff. Obviously security cannot be the highest priority for this hostel.

Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, especially iris and joaquin. Located only a short 5 min walk from the underground and was close to sport field and local pubs. The atmosphere was incredible and obviously drew a great crowd. Spacious room, comfy beds with individual lockers, free wifi and breakfast, extensive bar and curtains on the bed are just some of the feature that make this hostel a must visit. Had a great time will definitely recommend to others, look forward to my next stay.

Hostel was ok, pretty average like all hostels in London. Not as pretty as in the photos, very small mattresses in the dorm beds. In our room there was mold on the walls by the window. Lots of teenagers and party people, bring your earplugs! Good thing was that breakfast was free. Location was also quiet pleasant, about 10 minutes by tube to the centre.
