Was only here for a single night, but the vibes were good and the staff were really nice. They let me hang around after I checked out so I didn't have to go to the airport really early which was nice! Would stay here again, even though the location isn't quite ideal. That being said, it's only a short tube to the city.

The bar tended to have very loud music playing, which was hard to deal with. Aside from that I enjoyed my time immensely.

Palmers lodge is good value for money - it's a little bit out of central London but easily accessible by tube. It felt more like a function centre at times with lots of big groups, it did not have a very social atmosphere. Everything was clean and we loved the curtains on the bed which offered some privacy.

the showers are uncomfortable and the kitchen needs to be upgraded. also there should be an air conditioner in the rooms. everything else is fine

The hostel was in a great location--just a short walk to the tube. Breakfast included in the price was nice, but the hostel is a bit more expensive than several I've stayed in before. The wifi is very fast. Overall, would recommend.

Good breakfast (croissant, toast, jams, coffees) safe location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. This was great place to stay at and we'll hopefully be staying the next time around.

At least 10-15 walk from Willesdon Green station depending on how many bags you have... Nice room (4 person). Good clean showers and toilets. Bar and lounges good size... Breakfast not worth going too. Bar food (dinner good).

Very nice! Absolutely worth the money I paid for the two nights - the room was way better than I expected. Staff was also very nice and helpful. Recommended!

located in north London close to a tube station, about a half hour on the tube to get to Central London. bar/common room area very nice. very small kitchen for public use. rooms large with sturdy and comfortable beds. staff helpful

very clean, basic breakfast, friendly staff, bus stop just opposite, tube 5 min walk, my room didn't have bed curtains as expected

You really have to pay more attention to the guests. I asked for another bed but the person who was at the reception at that time didn't behave as expected. She didn't even tried to attend my solicitude. The bathrooms are not comfortable and there aren't enough sockets so we could charge our phones. In general, it wasn't worth the price.

This hostel is in a class of it's own! All seems to have been planned from scratch to be purpose built as a flawless hostel meticulously maintained by staff who are either trained, qualified in, or have prior experience of hospitality service. Differs from a 4 star hotel only in the fact that you share a room with 3 strangers and pay approx. £20to£30pn. not £90to£300pn. & no ensuite (hostel vs. hotel QED). Lockers biggest I've seen and "bank vault" secure! Great atmosphere and security! 🏆

First time staying in a hostel. As a solo traveller the large dorms were a bit intimidating, but I didn't feel unsafe. The locker room was secure and the hostel is gated off. Great directions on how to get there and easy to see London once you've mastered the tube. The staff were kind and very helpful. Lounge was a nice quiet area to plan and work using the WiFi. The other guests were very polite and quiet once it started getting dark.

The hostel provides a great environment for someone who's staying alone. Not only the staff but the guests are friendly as well which makes it further more comfortable.

Loved the outside seating area, peaceful location, friendly staff. The room was great, I liked the fact that the lockers could be locked with room card and lots of space around the bed to put things.
