All in all the perfect choice! Breakfast could be a bit better, though! :)

The staff was really friendly and couldn't beat the location. The price was a great value and the hostel itself was a great choice for a single travel such as myself. Thanks!

I asked the male receptionist when i arrived had they currency exchange facilities he said no which was fair enough but he offered no help with directions to the nearest place that i could use.i also needed help understanding the tube map but he also didn't seem interested in helping. When i was checking out i was not asked how our stay was etc. I think there is room for improvement in the customer service department.!!

Great Hostel - Though not in Central London, Easily accessible Tube Station nearby. Nice and Clean and great facilities. Easily one of the best hostels I have stayed in and one I am always going to use when I am in London. Everything here that you could possibly need.

The customer service of this place is shocking. I arrived straight from a long haul flight checking in and the girl at the counter refused to answer any questions or check details of my room. She wanted to 'move' me from one room to another on each day. When asking her what date I'd be moving & into what room, she pushed me off. It was too much for her. Luckily the security card wasn't working and the other guy fixed her mistake at the same time.

Nice and helpful staff, cool place, clean, just some problems with the extension of the booking and annoying card locks failing sometimes.

This was my first hostel experience and I was very happy with my choice. I stayed in an 18 person dorm. My bed had a curtain which gave privacy. I was woken up every now and then, but people were respectful and it wasn't bad at all. The hostel itself has a nice living room and tons of character. Very close to the tube station with access to the Jubilee Line. The stop for the A6 bus to Stansted Airport was very close as well. I will definitely stay here again the next time i visit London.

I have really enjoyed my stays at the hotel and appreciate all it offers. Only a shame it does not offer dicount/rate for the regular visitor. My friend and I stay 2 nights every months for 12 month, and the rate keep on increasing .

Loved this place. The charm and character of the house really add to the experience. The staff were truly lovely! It is slightly outside the main part of the city, but this is not in the least an inconvenience since it is between 2 very close underground stations. If traveling alone it IS harder to meet people since almost no one speaks in the common room and it is frequented by enormous groups of teens/school children. Curtains on the beds are AMAZING, wish they had them in the 4 bed rooms too!

This hostel is well located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Swiss Cottage underground, which is only 10 minutes from Central London. You can walk to Abbey Road and Hampstead Heath from it. It is a very clean hostel, the bathrooms are spotless. The room I stayed in was 12 bed mixed dorm, and once you get past the idea that the bunks go all the way to the ceiling it's actually a comfy room. Each bed has it's own curtain for privacy, with lamp and plugs. The beds are comfy and sturdy.

The location is not the greatest but they are so close to the Tube that it isn\'t a problem. The staff wasn\'t friendly or nice for that matter but the facility was nice the bar and the bathrooms were nice. HOT WATER :) always a plus. The beds were very clean and the private curtians and light were nice. Decent place.

The staff was rather unfriendly and unhelpful to be honest. From past experience friendly, inviting staff goes a long way to making having a great experience at a hostel. But the hostel itself was really nice and very roomy!
